Everytime they put out hopeful stuff like this article, the GovernMental EnvironMentalists just go ape (BLEEP!)
The legal system has been so rearranged that THEY can hogtie any and all "resorce extraction" (GANG-GREEN'S words for wealth/energy drilling/mining) in fifteen minutes and continue it for decades!!!

From the Sierra Club's point of view, more can be done to address the environmental issues ...And if it can't, they'll make something up.
The environment isn't their chief concern, keeping the money rolling in is.
