Gallup Shocker: Romney Up Five Over Obama
breitbart ^ | 4/17/12 | John Nolte

Row faster, Mainstream Media! Faster!

There are all kinds of polls out there, but except for a single outlier, even in polls that show Obama ahead of Romney, the President is still stuck in the mid-forties -- the last place any incumbent wants to be.

Today, Gallup's daily tracking poll gives the White House and Obama's Media Palace Guards another reason to gulp:

Romney 48%

Obama 43%

More bad news for Obama is that his challenger is already romantically close to that magic 50% number.

The bad news for us is that if these polls continue to show Obama in serious trouble, the media is going to absolutely freak out and start their salting-the-earth crusade early.

And people wonder why “prepping” has become such a popular hobby these days...

I think anyone who is planning to skip the vote for Romney in the general should go on record. Then when we get four more years of weaselBama we will know to discount and ignore your every word of complaint.

And, shouldn't the same be done with those voting from Romney? Then, if Romney gets in and sells out conservatives, decimates the Republican party and puts another David Souter on the Supreme Court, we'll know whose opinion to discount and ignore?

I’m pretty certain Romney doesn’t hate whites.

Bingo. There's gonna be a stampede of white voters over to the GOP this fall. That Trayvon deal was really brilliant strategy, huh? /sarc

I'd rather live with a socialist that hates crackers in the White House for four years than live with one that doesn't for eight years.

“I wouldn’t. I’m pretty certain Romney doesn’t hate whites. I knew Hissein did before he became the nominee.”

That and another fours years of staring at Moochelle’s ugly (”get Whitey”) mug.

Romney must look invincible, inevitable or there is a possibility of a brokered convention

There is no possibility of a brokered convention. The odds of that happening were always slim to none - the odds now are none.

Polls are designed to change, not reflect, opinion for the most part.

Gallup is not involved in some kind of weird conspiracy to nominate Willard. They started doing the head to head polling when it became obvious to every political analyst and pollster in the entire world that Mitt had effectively locked up the nomination already.

It’s shocking that there are idiots out there who still plan on voting for Obama.

No shocker. The plan is to have Romney lead in the polls until after the convention. He is only winning when people buy the “he can beat Obama” line.

Nothing they throw against Romney will make a difference. The Jeremiah Wright story would have sunk any candidate; Obama survived it only because the economy was in free-fall. With the economy stuck where it is now, Romney will cruise to election even if they have film of him performing polygamous marriages.

Yet the GOP and their Mittstream Media operatives laboriously detailed how every single Republican candidate other than Mitt was "unelectable."

At any rate, Kerry was ahead of Bush solidly until about July. I wouldn't count your mittens yet.

Perhaps Bruce Bialosky of Townhall.com nailed it in his most recent piece with this sentence...

He proved yet again that he is grossly arrogant, utterly ignorant, a shameless liar, or perhaps all three. It is now abundantly clear that this man deserves the re-election vote of virtually no American.

Is that Romney or Obama? It is hard to tell.

Do you think Romney is the same as a crazed Black Liberationist marxist who wants to destroy white AmeriKKKa?

Cripes.

Pretty much.

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." -C. There is no possibility of a brokered convention. The odds of that happening were always slim to none - the odds now are none.

Not true. 19 states with almost 1,000 delegates have left to vote. Romney isn't even close to having the 1,144 delegates he needs. He needs about half of the upcoming ones. He's the weakest frontrunner in at least 35 years. This has been an unprecedented primary in many ways, starting when 3 different candidates won the first 3 states. If the voters in the next 19 states don't want Romney, they have the power to choose a brokered convention.

I want Newt, but as Mark Levin said last week, if it comes down to Romney being the GOP candidate, he will vote against Obama.
__________________________________________________________

Well, will somebody please tell Mark Levin that Massachusetts is Ameratopia.

He know’s that Newt is still in the race and he also told his listeners that he would support Newt if he was the only conservative left.

I refuse to give Levin a pass when he knows that more babies will be murdered and those that survive the womb will be at the mercy of the Sodomites. Guess what? There is NO MERCY with sodomites. Hide your kids folks.

i’m disgusted!

I won’t vote for Romney and I won’t vote for Obama.

It’s going to be a write-in Newt Gingrich for me.

But I will be patient and wait until after the convention. I really don’t think Romney will get the vote.

Oh, how I wish we had something like the Swift Vets who drowned Kerry to drown Romney.
