Three men face several charges in connection to the alleged kidnapping and rape of a woman outside a south St. Louis bar.

Lawrence Brandon, Antoin Brewer and Antonieo Deobra were each charged with kidnapping, two counts of forcible rape, seven counts of armed criminal action, two counts of forcible sodomy, two counts of stealing a motor vehicle and two counts of robbery.

Police said the suspects stole the victim’s 2007 Silver Chrysler 300. Police said the men then went back to the victim’s home at one point and took another car that belonged to a relative. That car was later recovered in the 3400 block of Spring.

I wouldn’t doubt that that would be the photo that the MSM would use to try to clear these guys.

I can fully understand the animalistic and feral culture some blacks live in and try to force on the rest of us...but I separate that brood from the hard working, educated, decent and law abiding blacks in this country....

there are at least two classes of blacks...the ones who achieve and the ones who are loathe to achieve anything except infamy...

but if the race of the perp is mentioned and it is black, it probably means the victim is black also....

When the perp and the victim are both black - it's not 'news'... or it's played small.

I really don’t want to blame the victim here. Horrible thing to happen.

That said I think (because the world is a hostile place) women have to exercise special caution.

Leaving a bar
Leaving a bar alone
Leaving a bar alone at 11:30 p.m.
Leaving a bar alone at 11:30 p.m. and getting into a car

Not good. Nothing wrong with enjoying a drink, but it seems that should be done within the confines of one’s home where vulnerability is limited. Out in the wild world it’s good to have one’s wits about oneself, so think twice about alcohol consumption alone outside the home, especially after hours.

Maybe she didn’t have a drink. OK, maybe not. But still, leaving a bar alone, late at night — not good.

These thugs lurk in the shadows and are very opportunistic.

If you have ever followed some of these disappearances that have appeared on the news over the years, it seems that many people disappear around bars or parties.

Here’s an interesting theory.

In old China, in addition to Buddhist monks, there were also Buddhist nuns. While they could learn the traditional martial arts known to monks, they had the unique problem that one of the primary means of attack against them was the bear hug, by a larger, stronger man, which tended to neutralize a lot of their defensive techniques.

So they innovated what were called the “iron hand techniques”, a means of training the fingers and hands to be used like stabbing knives at very short range, even within a bear hug. These were later adopted and remain advanced techniques in the Wing Chun martial arts style.

In short, while a man would be able to bear hug a nun, she would then stick a few fingers through his rib cage into a lung, or her entire hand up to the wrist into his belly, which did wonders in convincing him of the error of his ways.

The training to do this is both ritualized and very stylized, for the simple reason that if done too quickly or incorrectly, it could result in severe and permanent injury.

From personal experience I tried one of the training techniques with just an index finger for a short time, and was able to punch a hole up to my second knuckle in a green grapefruit, without knocking it off its stem on the tree.

This impressed me.

However, this also reinforced the idea of the value of knives and bladed weapons for women, for much the same rationale. They can be used quickly, and at very close range, and even a very small blade, like a paring knife, is capable of inflicting lethal injuries with minimal fuss.

Yes, guns are good, too. But I fancy knives as well.
