Washington (CNN) - Secret Service Director Mark Sullivan is telling lawmakers he expects more resignations in the wake of the alleged prostitution scandal, with one congressional source saying additional agents will likely go by the end of the week, and a top Democrat is expressing concern that the Colombia incident could compromise the president's safety in the future.

Rep. Elijah Cummings, the ranking Democrat on the House Government and Oversight Committee, told CNN Thursday Sullivan told him he has "no doubt" all Secret Service agents involved in the prostitution scandal will resign.

"I said is it possible that these men would resign," Cummings told CNN, recounting his conversation with Sullivan. "He said he had no doubt that they would, that they probably would if, you know, the facts were found to be true. Why? Because of the culture. They have this pride – they don't want any bad apples, so they probably will leave."

Probably it would be best for Obama and Biden to resign, seeing as they’ve overseen this entire debacle.

... if Secret Service protection is sparse, then perhaps the pRresident should stay home and do his job for a change rather than galavant around the country, hemisphere, and world giving campaign speeches!

Obama reaps what he sows.. No discipline, or honor, or respect for office.. It trickles down from the top and it’s scummy tentacles reach far and wide. Wouldn’t surprise me if China and/or Russia has every single classified document ever issued by our government. Even Iran was able to hijack our classified drone.

Congress needs to walk to the White House and demand Obama resign. He is a total mess up.

Hey Elijah, if “they have this pride” WHY DID THEY DO WHAT THEY DID IN THE FIRST PLACE? The era of Reagan and REAL men of honor is over and the liberals’ weakening of men (emasculation) is the chief culprit.

perhaps the pRresident should stay home...

No, it's better that he fly long distances at high altitude over deep water.

...and do his job for a change...

No, the more work he does, the worse off we are!

Maybe Obozo will hire the New Black Panther thugs to replace the S.S. as his praetorian guards ... :^)

Let's not be too hasty here. I believe the pResident should be out and about. I mean, he is a man of the people, right?

Mingle, Mr. pResident, mingle.

Maybe time to disband and privatize POTUS security.

At this point it sounds like Lady GaGa and Justin Bieber probably have better security than Barry anyhow.

Well yeah, sorta.

Bush set too high a standard for the Secret Service. He respected the office of the presidency too much. It made lesser men feel bad. That's politically incorrect!

Those guys with the hookers were striving for greater inclusion and balance between the haves and the have-nots. They are the 99%. Those Bush guys were the 1% of elite personal guardians. Snobs! Richies! Robber barons! Not contributing their fair share of making bad seem good and down seem up!

Kevin Costner may be available. He knows about the challenge of guarding someone who indulges in drugs, cigarettes and alcohol.

A culture that our Congress should be following but is totally foreign to them.

Or maybe - just maybe - the men with a sense of honor will resign - and the corrupt ones will stay. That would be wrong. They all go - or none go.

Actually, I’ve been thinking Nation of Islam for security.

I think the pride went out the window when the SS were asked to babysit the first daughter’s field trip to Mexico.
