95-year-old Air Force vet loses $300 during TSA pat-down

Omer Petti, a 95-year-old retired Air Force major, said he expected to set off metal detectors at San Diego International Airport. He and his 85-year-old travel companion have two replaced knees, a replaced hip and a pair of wheelchairs between them. What they didn't anticipate was being subjected to full-on "humiliating" TSA private-room pat-downs.

My neice who is in her late 50's had a breast prothesis and they make her take it out without doing it in a private room...She will never fly again. Lives in Maryland and the last time she came up for a visit last year, she drove...said she would never fly again..

She was so pissed off she wanted to throw it in the scums face, but didn't want to take a chance of busting it open...I don't know the race of the molester, but most are black that I see...disgusting people....

Having been through this many times I have to wonder why they were surprised. I have a steel knee and get molested every time I fly. If you raise hell about having someones hands in your crouch every time you fly they will put you on a no fly list. I'm still looking for the lawyer who wants to take this one to court. People with knee replacements are considered disabled in many cases. So people with this specific disability will always be treated differently and be isolated and molested every time they board an aircraft.
There has to be a different way.

It might and I mean MIGHT be possible to sue a specific agent or agents for purposeful misconduct or illegal activity.

Hell will freeze over though before a blackrobed pirate allows a class action suit of any kind to see the light of day.

The TSA isn’t about safety, they are about control. Those who hold the choke chains of these federal thugs.....from the TSA to BATFEces on over to the FDA milk police will not give up any control and won’t relinquish power or position voluntarily.

This ends one of two ways, complete enslavement of America or the streets running red with blood as we take back the country from the marxist usurpers by force. They won’t go quietly or peacefully.

According to a related story I found, the TSA claimed to have found traces of nitrates on Petti’s clothes after the metal detectors went off, and that’s the reason they hauled him and his girlfriend off to the private rooms.

Of course, the fact that Petti keeps *nitroglycerin tablets* in his shirt pocket for his heart condition *couldn’t* have ANYTHING to do with that, obviously /eyeroll and mega-sarc.

Bet the old-timer never gets his 300 dollars back, either.
