The person who took the photograph told ABC News he heard Martin and Zimmerman fighting before the shooting and that after Martin was killed, Zimmerman asked the photographer to call Zimmerman’s wife, allegedly blurting out, “Man, just tell her I shot someone.”

GPS and other data embedded in the photo shows it was taken at the scene with an iPhone just three minutes after the shooting, according to ABC News.

ABC News said the photographer said gunpowder marks were clearly visible on Martin’s hooded sweatshirt.

Oddly enough, the two Lesbians who claimed they came outside and saw Zimmerman straddling Trayvon and are absolutely sure Zimmerman is guilty, never mentioned seeing the blood on his head.

I have a real problem to the requirement that many freepers are placing on self defense. Believe it or not but your life could be in danger well before drawing first blood.

You are absolutely correct. When confronted by superior numbers (2 or more), or if you are a senior citizen and have disablities, you are much more likely to suffer a life-threatening event that younger people could survive.

Aren’t there ANY laws on the books that can hold the media accountable for judging this guy while knowingly witholding information that counters their reporting? This kind of reporting should be criminal. This mans life was in jeopardy as a direct result of the media drumming up tensions. I hope Zimmerman plans to sue the media, Sharpton, and a varitable host of others who jumped on this bandwagon knowing they were peddling something false.

Fox is showing the hearing right now. (Bond hearing) and Zimmerman is also going to request to leave the area because of the danger he is in per Fox.

Most conceal carry laws contain something about fear of your life, the life of others or severe bodily harm.

Shouldn´t be that hard to spot if the shot was point blank. Also, clearly visible GPR means that the shot was most likely at very close range, no?

Which would be consistent with the story of a close-range struggle?
