This whole hearing is a joke.
There was a statement made yesterdy by Crump something to the effect of “it didn’t matter if Trayvon attacked Zimmerman, Zimmerman had no right to shoot Trayvon”. Speaks volumes.
The state is tap-dancing to avoid the cold hard facts.
this boob on the stand is claiming all kinds of ‘fake’ evidence about george ‘chasing’ trayvon and says he has no other info but the fake stuff (and the call george made) but doesn’t actually use george’s statements as evidence and o’mara calls him on it.
The “investigator” looks and sounds so nervous it’s unsettling...cops on stand are usually strong and assured. This is interesting...the state is trying to put on a trial today.
Not true. Its common practice for arm and leg restraints to transport prisoners to and from court. I’ve worked in a Florida jail. This is done for all. No matter the severity of the offense.
Why is George Lucas up on the stand? Ha
But seriously, sounds like this investigator has very weak evidence..GZ attorney tearing him up
this guy has GOT to be kicking his own ass for signing this affidavit and then having to answer for how weak it is.

it’s almost likg the the state is making the case for gz. they have NO witnesses that contradict other than unnamed sources.
What a MESS, eh? The state is Alice in Wonderland here. They start out with not enough evidence to arrest the guy- NOW they try to find enough evidence to convict him of 2nd degree murder. Pppffftttt...
It does seem to undermine the presumption of innocence.
They need Al Pacino to break in and go “YOU’RE OUT OF ORDER, YOU’RE OUT OF ORDER, THE WHOLE TRIAL IS OUT OF ORDER!”
judge just asked witness how far away was the shot fired. fatass says close proximity. powder burns on sweatshirt.
now asking witness about george’s injuries. state tried to say that have a witness that says the head bashing wasn’t true.
He also seems to have trouble understanding straight forward questions.
“Suggested” his head was being bashed into the concrete? This is a c-f. A serious c-f.
I think all those involved for the state are realizing one of them will be the fall guy.
