Could have been a number of factors related to the close proximity of the two men. Contact shots at close quarters can cause malfunctions as well as contact with the back of the slide against the shooter. I knew a guy doing a close quarter drill that had a malfunction because the slide hit his man boob. (Yes, we all laughed at him.)
Not necessarily a sign of a bad gun.

Becoming skilled in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is probably a good idea, also.

good to know - it did just fine the first time I practiced with it - like my Firestarter better because it has a safety and the Keltech doesn’t.
Any how, I am hoping and praying that Mr. Zimmerman gets a fair trial.
