Yes, the child DOES have a distinctive Korean look, but that’s not what Mr. Dunne was referring to. He says there is something in print that mentions the ad being made for Korea.

Apparently it is to be found in yet ANOTHER article, not the posted one or its link.

My head is starting to spin.

(Warning: Graphic Image in Link)

WHAT "Graphic immage?"

My prurient interest (being a dirty ol' seasoned citizen) led me to click on the link only to find a big white bar covering the bare essentials and the best part, IMHO.

I guess the author of the article has more easily bruised sensibilities than you or me...

Used to buy milk in ta-ta containers like that in Spain and Italy back in the 60’s. The stores shelved it at room temp, not refrigerated.

A sampling of Twitter discussion occurring at the moment about Oreos reveals public reaction is mixed:

- Behold This Absolutely Bonkers Oreo Ad From South Korea #glamour #FashionNews #FashionIndustry

- #breastfeeding images should be so widespread it doesn’t cause a ruckus!

OREO’S stink since they changed the filling recipe for the umpteenth time. I use to buy them all the time, then they changed the filling recipe, it was bad enough but then a few years later they changed it again! TERRIBLE now, worse than Hydrox and that is saying a lot. So my family never buys them any more. On top of that, they have been shrinking the amount/weight and charging more for way less. Same thing has happened to RITZ crackers, the package has been 16 oz since I was a boy, now, they are 14 1/2 oz and they are charging more! Nabisco no longer gets our business.

Please forgive my terrible typos. These old fingers and eyes don’t work like they used to, but I think you get the general idea of what I tried to say. God bless.

Go to the link for the ad. The baby is clearly oriental/Korean. Just look at the eyes.

Every product Kraft has purchased has just about been turned to sh-t. I think the only brand they haven’t killed is their own macaroni and cheese dinner. The cheddar cheese component still tastes the same as I remember it from fifty years ago. Having said that, this company is shameless in its use of HFCS in every product and additional additives anywhere it can incorporate them. Last week the wife purchased a new line of cookies which turned out to be from Kraft, and they actually upset my stomach. The ingredient list read like the label on some of those hair care products from California, which, based on the spellings of the names, must have originated on another planet. If we are reverse-engineering anything from captured UFO technology, it has to be hair care products from California.
