Or they can just “lose” several laptops with classified info at Los Alamos, or just allow a scientist (Peter Yang) with classified knowledge to visit “relatives” in China with a working Klyston switch (the once highly secret trigger for making a thermonuclear weapon work).
But in the final analysis of all the salient facts it is obviously simply a zany conspiracy theory after all... so you are correct.
The whole country - that part which paid attention - did know he was guilty of treason, including the House and Senate.
However, he couldn't be impeached for TREASON since that crime is only a Constitutional crime when committed in wartime against a declared enemy. And since BillyBoy had not declared war on China, he could not be impeached for TREASON - hence Monika. He was free, like Obama to give away whatever he chose, by whatever means, or route.
Further, BillyBoy was a Third Wayist - if all countries have the same stuff, then none will bully or make war on another - and so Obama works diligently to insure Iran gets a working nuclear weapon - and so Obama orders the publishing of what otherwise would be classified data in to further his agenda of diminishing the US to Third World status without fear on committing TREASON.
