Secret Service Colombian Hooker Prostitute Brought to Light By Paula Reid, South American Chief & Rising Black Star in Agency
The Secret Service officer responsible for the recall of 11 agents in a dispute with Colombian prostitutes over payment to Dania Suarez, has been revealed as Paula Reid, a rising black star in the agency. She recently became the head of the agency’s Miami office after 21 years on the force. Ms. Reid uncovered the scandal and alerted her superiors about the “egregious behavior” of the agents. Paula Reid was in Cartagena ahead of President Obama’s trip, laying the groundwork for his arrival at the Summit of the Americas, when she heard that her agents were involved in a fight at the Hotel Caribe, according to the Washington Post. The disagreement ended when police was called and was sparked by one agent refusing to pay local hooker, Dania Suarez, who had spent the night in his room.
A little background on Paula Reid:
She grew up in Maryland, and has served in the White House as well as Miami since joining the Secret Service in 1990.

O.K. so this is correct, she is black - so they state rising black star.
Now let’s reverse this. Papers state she is a rising white star.

Another puzzling thing about these new times is the heavy use of PRISON words in public education: “Lock down” etc.

I no longer believe ANYTHING the buerocracy says. I do not trust pictures and I no longer believe what I see with my own eyes, because of holographics which will be used to usher in the false messiah.
Did the working girl in Cartagena really think that the SS agent would agree to US$800 for ... whatever?
Somehow I think she was trying to scam them. With the conversion, COL$800 pesos seems to be about 50 cents. So there must have been some bad communication.
This entire episode is strange, and may only be explained by alcohol and too much blood rushing to the wrong head.

With her picture run in a paper? Her career is over.
Create a scandal or just use one of many likely opportunities (SS is human after all). Use as excuse to purge the ranks of CONSTITUTIONAL loyalists. Replace with a “palace guard”. All hail Caesar.
