True, in a way. Dangerfield lived in the same NYC apartment building where Xaviera Hollander once lived. So did I and Bishop Fulton J. Sheen. It was/s a BIG building.
I was offered a partnership during Christmas for a live tease/sex site like Jasmine TV, as I did meet the guy who was one of the backers of the site and was skeptical at first. Requested to look at the books and it was..astronomical. The dudes were raking in the dough just by credit cards alone.

Nice to know that some enterprises are still viable in this bleak economy. I am weak on what website building that I used to do. The rest of production and editing I can handle.
In my part of the world finding any kind of talent, esp a reliable and professional model or actress for paying gigs is at best 50/50. There are so many that are either illierate or ignorant about any kind of cattle call requirements which are very basic.
I need to dig out JMS’s guide of scriptwriting again. Recently I have gotten an idea for a short or two at most Pg rated. A few lines have been laid down in Word.

That’s why I tell people to run everything thru Craigslist first. Our models for shoots were not found from the quintessential talent agency but models nowadays want to work solo without forking over their commission and they are on Craigslist. Besides, these talent agencies are run by Prius-driving obama sticker at the back libtards. I know..
