Ideas kicking around in a reflection group of select EU foreign ministers include merging the roles of the EU Council and European Commission presidents.
A senior EU source told this website following a meeting of the club in the Val Duchesse stately home in Brussels on Thursday (19 April) that the new supremo would have more power than either Herman Van Rompuy or Jose Manuel Barroso do today but also more "democratic legitimacy" because he or she would be elected by MEPs.
In other reforms, the new figure would "streamline" the European Commission into a two-tier structure.
Every EU country would still have its own commissioner with their own vote in the college of 27 top officials. But as in some national set-ups, some commissioners would have more than one dossier while others would be the equivalent of ministers without portfolio.
The new super-president would also chair General Affairs Councils (GACs)—monthly meetings of foreign ministers which discuss internal Union affairs. …

I think the AC will come on the scene in more white-washed white robes of pretend righteousness . . . OThuga has too much baggage to fill the role. I think he’s definitely a forerunner.
I don’t think he could even compete for the role of false prophet, however.

I think you might be vastly-underestimating him. He knows exactly what Soros and he are doing, as he takes his explicit marching orders to continue destroying this Republic.

That’s exactly what he did in 2007-08, with “Hope & Change”, “Racial Harmony”, “Fundamental Change”, Everybody Prospers” etc etc etc. Some of us knew *who he really was* and *what he was really saying*.
The 52% who put him in The White Crib/Hut, had no clue or didn’t care, as their “white guilt” and “financial reparations appetite” made them vote for him.
We’re all paying the price, now, and will for decades to come. A lot of what he’s done, can’t be undone any time soon. And some, can never be undone.

Such an occurrence would be an interesting answer to the question "Why, in the book of revelation, wouldn't we hear of scads of people (who we know now in 2012 as Moose-limbs) all going ballistic to counter the blasphemous to Islam claim that the AC is 'god' ?"
From this point of view, the AC would likely be the 12th imam or somesuch.
