The new people from 2010 stood firm. And eventually caved. Why?

Most are looking to keep their jobs..that's why. Washington is all about doing favors....trading votes, buying votes etc. These new guys go in thinking they're going to just be able to vote...then they are strongarmed...it's that simple. That is one of the advantages of voting for those with Government expereince...they can roll with those punches and play hardball .....the young pups aren't seasoned enough to know 'HOW' to offset the "power brokers"....so they fold.

We have them...a steak house that’s fantastic for them as well as all their food. You could fill up on one of their baked potatoes!

I keep trying to figure out how to Nuke a baked potaoe so it tastes right....haven’t found the secret yet.

I used to grind it myself with my stick blender and mini food processor (couldn’t get it fine enough with the Cuisinart), but I kept blowing out the motors, so now I just buy it already ground.

Of course..but you can bet they’ll never put that on the docket...or it’ll sit there forever....reminds me of the raises they give themselves....they never vote against that.

Well we know the whole system is corrupt....but we do what we can within the dastardly system util we can boot them all.

We really need to just flush the toilet altogether! But only a coup could do that and I doubt very much the American people have that type of will. They’ haven’t hurt enough for such.

Imho, it can’t be done. A baked potato needs the dry heat of an oven to allow it that perfect texture. No other cooking method will suffice.

Have you tried it that way? The only difference I see is rubbing the olive oil on the skin...might help...

I love every kind of potato salad. I had a roommate who prepared German potato salad for us one night. It was scrumptious!

One of our favourite restaurants in New Hampshire was the old Bernerherhof restaurant. It was a German restaurant, and was wonderful. I haven’t skied in years, unfortunately.
