Trayvon Martin / Zimmermann case gets weaker every day. New Negative Revelations.
Source? Friends and Fiends.

Posted on 04/23/2012 2:25:39 PM PDT by MindBender26

I have just learned from a friend in Seminole County law enforcement, who is very close to Zimmermann case, that the case against Mr. Zimmerman is even weaker than originally thought.

It seems that the police officer/technician who collected the evidence at the scene and signed the evidence report was not in any way qualified to do so.

He was much more of a breathalyzer technician and someone who would do field drug testing and initial toxicology reports at the scenes of suspected crimes. It is believed that the shooting was his first ever full crime scene investigation and he had not been trained to the standard levels of competency. The Sanford PD did not think the case against Zimmerman had nearly enough merit to bother doing a thorough investigation.

In addition, when the drug screens come back from Martin, they will show a host of recreational drugs. All of this is further circumstantial evidence of potential irrational activity on the part of Mr. Martin, and remember, the State has already admitted that they have no evidence as to who started the fight.

There's more: There is another very interesting point of law coming to the forefront. It may easily be held that regardless of who started the fight, when Martin slammed Zimmerman's head onto the concrete with the force that he did, that act became Assault With A Deadly Weapon, (the concrete,) and at that point Zimmerman had the right to defend himself, with deadly force if necessary, regardless of what had happened up to that point.

We shall see.

Give it up. They have all the facts. They know all about how whites have lied over and over. Zimmerman is as guilty as the these whites.

"Also in the mid-1990s, [New York Congressman Major] Owens made headlines when he said, on the House floor, that during the trans-Atlantic slave trade some 200 million African slaves bound for America had been thrown overboard by their white captors. This, he explained, had permanently changed the ecology of the Atlantic Ocean and had caused sharks, as a species, to begin following ships (in search of food)." Here

Since Martin was on suspension for high school for being found with drugs and drug paraphernalia, it's a good guess that he was high on drugs the night of his death. Even more important, that seriously reduces the value of any testimony about the incident form his girl friend, sine whatever he blabbered could have been in a drug induced haze.

I’ve been wondering if anyone in Florida
has considered the possibility that Martin
WAS the culprit in the robbings of
Zimmerman’s neighbors.

Has anyone heard anything about that?

I have always suspected Martin was on drugs.

For starters, Zimmerman mentions the same suspicions, during the 911 call.

But also, why would this young lad be wandering around, taking the slow walk, in the nasty weather, to his house? 7-11 officials put him at the store between 6:00 and 6:30...at least 40 minutes before Zimmerman calls 911. Why did St. Skittles take so long, to walk a mile? In the drizzle and cold?

Maybe if my dad’s girlfriend doesn’t tolerate the smoke in her apartment, I might have to ‘go for a walk’, to get a smoke.

Just a theory...but it seems to match the info your ‘insider’ has.

Did you ever think of a blood screen for drugs?? It’s done all the time and it’s a lot better test for drugs than a breathalyzer. Truly extraordinary how much they show. Just go to your doctor some time and get some routine blood tests.

Zimmerman got out of his car, which gave Martin the right to use deadly force against him, but did not give Zimmerman the right to defend himself.

At any rate, that's what you get if you listen to the media (including most of the people on FNC).

Even after Martin started bashing his head against the sidewalk, it seems that Zimmerman's response was to try to move so that his head would hit the earth instead...but he made the mistake of reaching for his cell phone and inadvertently let Martin see his gun. It was only when Martin tried to grab his gun that he shot him.

Of course that makes Martin a hero to the gun-grabbers.

I am very curious. This young upstanding lad had previously been found to be in possession of women’s jewelry, and a screwdriver.

And this community had 8 burgularies in the prior 14 months.

The McGruff in me would try to find that jewelry (presumably confiscated by his school), and tie it to any of the burgularies.

Not to speak ill of the dead, but the lad was on suspension for drug residue, and he had been suspended before for the jewelry theft. I can’t imagine why Zimmerman thought he looked suspicious! Must have been because he was black.

I think Trayvon had only been there a few days, and the burglaries had been over a longer period. He could be responsible in theory for some but not for all. Of course he may not have committed any of them (I don’t know the date of the last burglary)...but if Trayvon’s father finds some unexplained loot in his home that looks like it might have come from someone else’s home, don’t expect him to run to the police and say “this could be stolen property.”

Since Sanford is just north of Orlando, and the kid lived in or near Miami, it is doubtful that he was the one doing the robbing.

What's that you say, Mr. Cochrane? "If he don't know $..t, you must acquit"?

But Trayvon SHOULD NOT HAVE WALKED HOME FROM 7-11, because walking home is walking home!

If you see someone walking home, you have the right to...

A little less than a mile is very easy for a fit 17 year old football player to do in well under 20 minutes without even running. Just check with some of your adult friends who hike a lot. That means St. Trayvon was up to rather bit more than just coming home.

Well, let’s see.

Your friend is going to get fired not just for being incompetent but stoopit.

He shouldn’t be sharing evidence, chain of custody or anything else with anyone not officially attached to this case.

The Tox screens are going to show recreational drugs? I don’t doubt it but, is there some report that makes that assessment and suspicion?

Yep, the left’s thinking is all screwed up. Basically, they are purely anti-American and anti-fundamental moral principle and anti-republican principle (meaning the “reoublic” and not the political party).

Fact is, Zimmerman following Martin was no more illegal than Martin walking in the subdivision.

Until someone committed a crime, they were both watching each other and wary of each other, but had no need to attack one another.

All evidence, IMHO, at this point points to Martin initiating violence and criminal activity.

From the physical evidence, to extrapolating the eye witeness accounts, to the background and habits of the two individuals. One read of Martin’s tweeter postings makes it clear, while Zimmerman was tudoring minority kids each week for free.

It will be an aquittal, followed by some level of civil disturbances...and depending on that, followed by a Holder initiated retrial on civil-rights charges...which if it is an impartial jury, should also fail flat out.

No, but I bet the local crime rate has dropped.

Any punk who sucker-punches someone who asks them a question and then proceeds to try to smash their brains out while they lay stunned needed to be taken out. Zimm has done the community a favor saving who-knows-how-many future victims of the punk.

I thought we were at the sentencing phase since the Establishmedia already had the trial. It was only a matter of which method of death penalty?

He should sue NBC into the ground.

Pray for America
