“Mike Zullo of the Cold Case Posse has spoken to some of the witnesses to these threats and verifies that they were made. “
Do you have a link to that please? I can’t find him saying that anywhere.
Peter Boyles birther talk this morning:
Corsi scheduled to be on this morning.
Yes, because they offer no evidence. You believe this only because you WANT to believe it.
The reason they have not come forward PUBLICLY is because the county doesnt have the money to have a witness protection program; the feds have to do that - and Eric Holder is no way gonna allow actual justice to be done. His job is to protect his people from ever being subject to justice.
LOL. Please, you can't seriously expect a rational person to believe this drivel do you? You are talking about a MASSIVE threat and intimidation operation that has silenced Rush, Hannity, Levin, every conservative legal foundation, every influential conservative leader, etc, etc, and they ALL remain silent because why? They can't be offered protection? LOL, some of these guys are very rich and can afford their own security. Tell me specifically who Mark Levin is afraid of? Tell me specifically who Glenn Beck is afraid of. So all these people have been threatened to not talk about ONLY the birther stuff (everything else is apparently okay), and not one of them mentioned this, spent some of their considerable wealth on private security so they could blow this MASSIVE conspiracy wide open?
IOW, the silence is what you would expect if the threat was considered serious. And the witnesses DEFINITELY consider the threats serious. At least one of the witnesses has fled the country because of fear, according to Mike Zullo. And the unwillingness of the US media to cover Arpaios presser speaks for itself.
HAHA. They've got NOTHING. These claims can't be backed up with a single shred of evidence. On this very thread some Canadian Free Press story made these claims in 2009 and absolutely nothing came of any of it. Again, the only reason for you to believe this gibberish is because you WANT to believe it.
If you had done any researching before shooting off your mouth with ad hominems you would have known this stuff. There is none so blind as he who will not see.
I've heard almost all this silly stuff before and it is flat out laughable. This is the sort of nonsense InfoWars peddles and it is sad to see it here on Free Republic. You are not only claiming some birther conspiracy, you are arguing that an even more GIGANTIC conspiracy exists to silence virtually ALL of talk radio, ALL conservative legal foundations, ALL prominent conservative leaders, etc. If you really can't see how ridiculous that is, I just don't know what to tell you.

This information has all been dealt with already. All you’re interested in is farting in our general direction.
You’re calling Mike Zullo a liar because he has not divulged the names of the people who have received death threats - some of whom have quit their jobs and/or fled the country because they know the threats are credible.
Wow. I didn’t think even you could go that low.
The producer of “We Will Not Be Silenced” has named names. Of course, the people she names are already dead... which is precisely the point.
You’re ignoring all the evidence so it’s not worth my time to talk to you. But if anybody is following along and is willing to do any genuine thinking about this, I suggest you start at http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2873887/posts?page=62#62 .
It’s not in that post, but anybody who is willing to think should also realize that both Breitbart’s company and Sean Hannity responded to his death (just hours after he told Arpaio that Arpaio’s evidence was good and that he was glad Arpaio was going to report it - and on the same day as Arpaio reported it AND Rush Limbaugh received a bomb scare....) by saying they would thoroughly vet Obama. Yet Ben Shapiro of Breitbart told Mark Gillar that he didn’t consider the forgeries and fraud involving birth certificate and draft registration to be serious enough to report on. And Mike Zullo was scheduled to go on Hannity’s show but a day or two ahead of time Fox suddenly canceled that.
Imagine if nobody thought it serious enough to report Angela Corey’s press conference announcing probable cause for 2nd degree murder charges against George Zimmerman. That’s just about a 17-year-old in Florida, not about the man who holds the nuclear football for the USA. If the media had blacked out all reporting about Corey’s press conference everybody in the world would be wondering what was up. But the most powerful man in the world has a birth certificate and draft registration that was forged - requiring complicit bureaucrats in multiple government agencies - and we’re all supposed to think the media just yawned because it was so insignificant?
Now THAT is laughable. Anybody with a brain knows there’s more to this story than meets the eye. And now law enforcement has confirmed that it was threats.
The Hillary people have named the dead bodies from the Hillary camp, which were used to silence Bill and Hillary from confronting Obama’s ineligibility. The effect of those killings is made evident by the fact that the wife of the guy who was killed in Arkansas refused to honor the wishes and intentions of her husband (for which he was killed) by presenting a petition for Hillary at the Dem Convention, but reversed everything her husband had died for to back Obama instead - as did Hillary herself. I still remember one video where somebody after the Convention asked Bill Clinton about Obama’s eligibility and the look on his face was so revealing as he stammered about for maybe 10 seconds, that my son and I watched it over and over and nearly split our sides laughing. It’s really not funny when you realize that Clinton gave that look because he feared for his daughter’s life. At that point we didn’t know that threats had been made. That didn’t come out until spring of 2009. And all of a sudden Bill’s strange behavior made sense.
All of the strange behavior, that we’ve all been watching in disbelief, makes sense now.
Even the judges who reversed themselves in the ballot challenges, to say that Obama is definitely eligible even though they have absolutely no evidence to support such a claim - the sharia rulings of eligibility based on “judge’s knowledge” alone. Pretty sad when the foreign enemy combatant in our White House has to dodge ballot challenges through sharia rulings.
And even sadder that when it happens nobody will report on it, and people like you will grab your ankles and bend over for the communist-Islamist cabal that put Obama in power, even when it takes a sharia ruling for them to get past the American legal process. I doubt that you’ve been threatened. Maybe paid. In any event there’s no excuse for you to be bending over to be screwed while mocking those of us who won’t. And we can all see that that’s what you’re doing. The belligerent, Alinsky-type ad hominems and incredulity that anybody would actually believe their own eyes is a little too obvious. Your slip is sticking out, and you think nobody else sees. We do.
I am unimpressed - name names!
I know one thing, during the last administration, the media was never silent. Any accusation against the President no matter how ridiculous, was given front page coverage and amplified to top billing. Even if G.W. Bush mispronounced a word .... Bam ... the media was all over it. Obama fumbles more than Bush did. He Often makes big mistakes and the media just gives him cover. In this case, concerned citizens like me are just reasonably requesting to see genuine documentation to verify eligibility. AND what he finally produces was not a copy of an original document at all but clearly a digitally manufactured fabrication. Obama has sealed all relevant records that would tell us about his past. People like you along with the MSM will just accept this and treat us as though we are mentally ill and need to be committed to psychiatric institution.
You are part of the the problem my friend. Be Honest.... Can you imagine what the reaction would be if during the Bush administration an elected sheriff after a careful and professional investigation concluded that the Bush administration had likely fabricated a fraudulent document and displayed it on the White House Web Site as authentic? It would be all over the place. The MSM would have a field day....CBS, NBC and ABC Nightly News. CNN, 60 minutes on and on. Democrats and people like you would be demanding congressional hearings. But for Obama..... Nothing
I for one will not remain silent.
Be strong Save the Union
Bill Gwatney (chairman of AK Dem Party) and Rep Stephanie Tubbs.
Here’s a link for you to get started: http://www.wnd.com/2012/04/hillary-supporters-untold-obama-horror-stories/
To find more, google Bettina Viviano and Michele Thomas - the 2 women who have come forward with the stories of Obama thuggery. Another woman who can’t talk about it is Lori Starfelt. It’s said that she died suddenly of ovarian cancer without telling anybody she had it, receiving treatment or appearing tired that last month before she died. Her husband’s photography equipment was stolen as he was getting ready for filming for a PUMA documentary - which was later criticized by lots of people for going soft on reporting the real thuggery by Obama. (Sounds kind of like her husband, Brad Mays, was running scared...) Starfelt was the person who was given a blurred clipping of the Advertiser birth announcement by a Hawaii State Library librarian who didn’t follow the standard protocols, and Starfelt died just as it was being revealed that the stories behind where the birth announcements came from were documentably false and the microfilms themselves had been altered.
I have to go to work, or I could give you way more details than you even want to know, regarding the crimes and thuggery that’s been going on with the Soros/Obama crowd. But you’ve got some names now and can do some googling on the 2 whose deaths were very strategically timed, as you’ll see in the link I gave.
Thanks for the link.
Zullo says that he has ‘been told’ that the media have been threatened.
There’s nothing there about verifying anything and given that we know that you have passed on your ‘evidence’ about threats to Zullo, then who’s to say that this isn’t just one big echo chamber - IOW, when Zullo says that he’s been told, he’s referring to what you told him.
I have spoken with Mike Zullo repeatedly and asked him if he was able to verify the claims. He has spoken to the witnesses and mentioned that at least one that he knows of is different than the one I had mentioned to him.
Zullo is law enforcement. When he says he’s “been told” he’s not talking about somebody like me. That’s why he can’t file any charges yet - because the people who spoke to him are too scared to sign affidavits. Heck, he can’t even get Sean Hannity to speak to him in public.
Well, if hearsay is good enough for you these days......
Zullo isn’t law enforcement. He’s a volunteer for Joe’s CCP. Heck, I don’t even know if he’s ever worked in law enforcement. Do you?
Zullo is a retired police detective who has been deputized by Sheriff Joe. He is law enforcement.
Zullo spoke to the eyewitnesses. Unless a person was an eyewitness or there’s a tape recording, what Zullo has is the best evidence there is - particularly if corroborated by multiple eyewitnesses and by other evidence such as handwritten notes, signed letters, etc (which Hagman says he has).
Amazing, that eyewitness testimony is now not considered good enough evidence, but no evidence whatsoever is considered good enough by two ballot-challenge judges so far - in the sharia “judge’s knowledge” rulings.
Down is up and up is down...
Zullo was a policeman who became a private detective and then a used car salesman for the last 20 years. He was never a police detective.
If Zullo is bona-fide LEO that what the hell is he doing selling parts of his investigation before his investigation is complete?
If we ever see any eyewitness testimony, we can evaluate it. Do you have any?
CPUSA in the 30’s and 40’s provided the names of US leftists to be recruited by NKVD/GRU/KGB into espionage activities such as infiltrating the US State Dept, OSS and DoD.
Based on those two facts alone it is possible to come up with an explanation of why SAD pursued relationships with *two* foreign students studying in the US, marrying each in turn.
This cannot be proved legally in a court of law, even if the complete VENONA decrypts were declassified.
dumbass....if is none of your business what the names are in an ONGOING investigation......FU
Where are you getting that from? Sources please.
By the way, what time of day is it where you’re at right now?
your conclusion is a false lie
It’s just after 4am. Why?
I got the information from a variety of internet sources. Where are you getting yours from?
Because you say so? Well, heck, that’s convincing.
yes, exactly cause I say so
Like I said, I’m convinced.
I’ll have to get round to it tomorrow as the jet lag is fading and I have to get some sleep. A link from you showing that Zullo is, as you claim, a police detective would be appreciated as well.
Mike Zullo is the owner of Autotruth in Scottsdale, Arizona. The autotruth.com website has been taken down in the last few weeks for reasons unknown.
However, using the wayback machine we can see that Mike Zullo states that he has “over 27 years in the automotive industry”.
Click on this link and then click on “meet the founders” at the bottom of the frame on the right.
Here’s a link to the archives of the The Record (the local paper for Bergen County, New Jersey).
Mike Zullo is referenced in the first article (from 1998 but talking about a case from 1984) as a then “Demarest Police Officer” and as “who now works as a private detective now living in the Phoenix AZ area”.
Now, what links can you provide to support the idea that Zullo was a “police detective”?
why do you care.....why is it important for you to appear as a truth teller about Mike ?
Don’t waste your time documenting everything you say. I’ve seen it a million times before from liberal trolls — they try to exhaust you by continually asking for links, sources, and proof — all the while never backing up a single thing they say with the same. Ignore them and keep up the good work you’ve been doing. By now if someone doesn’t conclude that something’s terribly wrong, they simply don’t want to know.
Are you visiting the US?
The WND articles all refer to him as a retired police officer from Bergen County, NJ.
Arpaio refers to him as retired law enforcement, IIRC. And he should know.
I can’t see that whole story because I don’t have a credit card. What I could see said something about somebody falsely posing as Michael Zullo.
Before the presser I did a Google search and found a photo of him speaking on behalf of the Bergen County Police Department, IIRC. Now Google doesn’t show anythng, or else it’s buried so deep I can’t find it.
I’ve been wondering about WND’s claim that he was a police detective, since Zullo isn’t exactly clear on that when asked.
STANDOFF SUSPECT HAD ‘84 GUN ARREST BY CURRENT DEMAREST CHIEF
The Record By JIM CONSOLI, Record Staff Writer
Published: October 23, 1992
The law has been something of a guardian angel for Robert Cucos.
In 1991, Demarest Police Chief James Powderley chose not to charge Cucos, now 29, after the Demarest man held the chief and a minister hostage at gunpoint.
That was not the first time that Cucos had a confrontation with police while armed.
In 1984, records show, Cucos was arrested by Powderley in Closter and charged with possession of a loaded gun. He later entered the Pretrial Intervention program, and the charge was dropped.
In his most recent encounter with the police, Cucos allegedly armed himself with three loaded guns and got involved in a standoff with Cresskill police.
He later was charged with trying to kill three officers. He is undergoing evaluation at Bergen Pines County Hospital.
Again, Powderley was directly involved: He coaxed Cucos to surrender, apparently without first consulting Cresskill police.
Powderley’s decision in 1991 not to arrest Cucos despite having arrested him in 1984 on a gun charge has raised questions for Bergen County Prosecutor John J. Fahy.
“I really would like to know why a decision was made to not charge him in 1991,” Fahy said.
When told of Powderley’s involvement in the 1984 incident, Fahy said he was not aware of it but would now review that case, too.
Fahy, who became prosecutor in 1990, has stressed that the review of the incidents involving Powderley does not constitute a formal investigation. But he has left open the possibility that such a probe could be launched if the information gathered warrants it.
Powderley declined to comment on the 1984 incident until Fahy has finished his review. But fter the Cresskill incident, Powderley criticized the court system for having let Cucos back on the streets.
In the 1991 case, Powderley allowed Cucos to seek psychiatric rehabilitation at Bergen Pines.
“Personally, I think that the court system is too lenient,” Powderley said. “This should never keep reoccurring. There should definitely be some sort of either psychiatric or criminal penalties. “ The first incident began in Orangetown, N.Y., on the night of April 6, 1984, when Cucos got into an argument with the manager of a restaurant, said Orangetown Detective Sgt. Terry Hutmacher. Cucos allegedly threatened the manager with a revolver after stating that he was Demarest Police Officer Michael Zullo and showing a phony badge, police said.
When the manager said he planned to call local police, Cucos fled.
Zullo, who now works as a private detective in North Jersey, said he was contacted at about 10:30 that night by Powderley. After realizing that Zullo wasn’t the man in the restaurant, Powderley asked Zullo to help him find the suspect.
“I remember Jimmy [Powderley] calling me and telling me to get down to headquarters immediately. It was a weekend night, and I was planning to go out,” Zullo said.
After obtaining information leading them to suspect that Cucos was involved, Powderley and Zullo started to search for Cucos in both Rockland and Bergen counties, Zullo said.
Following hours of searching, Powderley and Zullo arrested Cucos after they spotted him talking with a few other men outside a former Closter restaurant. Zullo said he searched Cucos and found a gun. The gun was found in a plastic toy holster. Cucos also had a toy police badge and handcuffs, Zullo said.
Charges of illegal possession of a weapon and receiving stolen property were filed against Cucos separately by Closter and Demarest police. But Cucos later was permitted to enter the Pretrial Intervention program.
The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office approved of Cucos entry into pretrial intervention because of his cooperation in the case against a former River Vale maintenance worker who stole the gun from that municipality’s police evidence room and sold it to Cucos, records show.
At the time, the Bergen County prosecutor, Larry J. McClure, said police were stumped in their probe of the missing gun, one of a half-dozen stolen from River Vale. But they learned, with Cucos help, that the maintenance worker had a second key to the police evidence room and was using it to steal the weapons.
The gun Cucos obtained from the man had been confiscated in 1983 during a narcotics arrest, officials said.
Zullo said he is still upset by the actions of the Prosecutor’s Office.
“I was never contacted by the Prosecutor’s Office as the arresting officer,” he said. “Cucos was found to have a gun loaded with six rounds of ammunition in it that was stolen from River Vale police. But they let him go. “
After Cucos completed the Pretrial Intervention program, the charges against him were dropped, records show.
The River Vale worker later was indicted, but he was offered a plea agreement by the Prosecutor’s Office and received two years probation, court records show.
Cucos was charged by Orangetown police with reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal impersonation of a police officer.
Those charges also were dropped, possibly because of Cucos cooperation in the River Vale theft case, and Cucos instead was charged with being a disorderly person. Cucos pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor and was fined $200 in March 1985, records show.
“I have no idea what happened in that case,” said Hutmacher, who wasn’t involved in the arrest of Cucos.
Although the Orangetown charges were indictable offenses, a spokesman for the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office said it has no record of having reviewed the case for possible presentation to a grand jury, which the circumstances would have dictated.

What you said........in spades. Umm, I meant trump.....dang-that doesn’t sound ‘right’ either.
No evidence of threats by the Thug Administration and its allies? Really?
Try this link. Go the 4:15 in the video in the link.
Sean Egan, head of a securities company that has created trouble for the treasury and for companies taken over by this administration openly brings up being threatened with bodily harm by ‘wackos from GM’. On national TV you have documented evidence of threats against those that are ‘problems’ to this administration.
SEIU beat a man in public. The blank pathers posted threatening muscle at a voting place - no action from this administration. In fact, they seem to condone it.
There is a clear record of threatening behavior and the front man can not continue to cover.
What you said........in spades. Umm, I meant trump.....dang-that doesn’t sound ‘right’ either.
Will this get into the Obama sex change as a teenager and his connection to Mexican drug carels?
You never know. That man is a circus all by himself anyway.
Have you watched the March 1st presser Sherifdf Joe held? That the media vermin didn’t report the astonishing facts Joe explained tells us they have an agenda. Are you buying their blaise treatment as ‘falling flat? You might want to actually watch what was in the presser before dnegrating, next time.
You seem to have grasped the seriousness of the FACTS which the media scum will not report because of the implications. Barry Dunham was made an American citizen by having his birth recorded as Hawaiian while having been born ‘elsewhere’. After that, he has a Gordian Knot of identities, which include some legitimate time and legal application in Indonesia. There is a real possibility that the lying bastard sitting int he Oval Office is not even a legitimate American citizen anymore. He is however the perfect democrat ... a liar, a fraud, and a criminal at large in government.
I’m not sure what the conflict is here. It’s clear that he made an arrest so he was a police officer. That’s law enforcement, so I don’t know what the question is. Natufian, your own source confirms that Zullo has law enforcement credentials.
That also reports that he was a private detective; I’m not sure what private detectives do but I do know that Mike knows what he’s doing and he knows what kinds of evidence mean something to a court and what don’t. He’s helped me a lot, in knowing the relative value of various kinds of evidence.
Ultimately what Zullo and the others collect is presented to Arpaio, and he definitely has law enforcement credentials. So I’m just having difficulties seeing what the problem is here.
I said that “Zullo was a policeman who became a private detective and then a used car salesman for the last 20 years. He was never a police detective.”
You clearly didn’t agree with that wanted sources. I provided them. I was wrong when I said that he’d been working in the used car business for 20 years. It’s actually over 27 years.
If he’s so good at understanding process, courts and evidence, how do you think he’s going to explain selling his investigation (before it’s complete) on Amazon and giving it all to a journalist to a judge? LEO’s don’t do that.
PS No, I left the US to fly to Singapore on business. I asked you earlier but didn’t get a reply, why are you so interested in my whereabouts?
Thanks, much appreciated.
It falls flat BECAUSE of the media. Regardless......it still falls flat.
You might want to actually watch what was in the presser before dnegrating, next time.
Ummm, I DID watch, but thanks for using big boy words like denigrating. Although, you might want to actually spell it correctly before you throw it out there.
Shhh, he's using big boy words.
You apparently didn’t read that site. It’s not used car sales. It is a vehicle-buying service - knowledgeable people who check out cars for people and make sure they’re not a rip-off either mechanically or financially. My family is currently looking for a vehicle for our kids to drive. We’re definitely low end of the market so a service like this wouldn’t pay for us but the time, hassle, and uncertainty of buying a vehicle would make it worthwhile for somebody buying a new car to have these services.
Your own source showed that Zullo has law enforcement credentials as well as private detective experience. To have that he had to graduate from a Law Academy, and to be on Sheriff Joe’s posse he had to prove those credentials to Sheriff Joe. So what exactly is your issue here? The man has law enforcement credentials. And everything he comes up with has to go through Sheriff Joe, who has a lifetime of law enforcement under his belt, from a variety of settings.
Somewhere it was suggested that Zullo had inherited AZ holdings when his father died. I don’t know if that is the case or not, but after he got out of the police force he had to have some kind of income, and if he inherited it would make sense that he would go into whatever business that was. I don’t understand what your problem is.
If ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, etc had actually reported on the posse’s findings and received money for the hits to their site because of that issue, would that be Zullo “selling” his investigation? Of course, none of them did that...
Are you claiming that Zullo has published affidavits, names/details of his sources or the procedures he used, etc? Or is this stuff that is already available to the general public in audio form, but just put into written form? How different is this than a media company transcribing from the George Zimmerman police call (which the Sanford Police Dept released) and getting advertising revenue from the hits to their pages?
I was interested in your whereabouts because it had been a while since I conversed with anybody in the UK and I had forgotten the time conversions and also was curious as to how the Daylight Savings works; do you have Daylight Savings in the UK like we do here? Seems like we’re basically about 12 hours apart at this point. I just like to have a general awareness of timeframes so I get a clearer picture of what I see.
I hope your jetlag is gone. I’ve only flown a couple times and never far enough to experience jetlag. So if I seem clueless or inconsiderate in any of my posting I hope you’ll forgive me. This forum is good because with the pings a conversation doesn’t get lost even if there’s a delay in responses so hopefully nobody feels driven to respond when they need to be resting.
“I dont understand what your problem is.”
It’s pretty obvious, he can’t go after the message so he’s trying to kill the messenger.
Yep.It’s Alinsky’s answer to everything.
I agree there’s no problem here as we seem to have cleared up the issue.
You claimed that Zullo was a retired police DETECTIVE. He isn’t. He’s a retired policeman and appears to have retired over 25 years ago.
“If ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, etc had actually reported on the posses findings and received money for the hits to their site because of that issue, would that be Zullo selling his investigation? Of course, none of them did that...”
No, it wouldn’t be Zullo selling his investigation because Zullo wouldn’t be pocketing the income. Co-authoring a book with a journalist and putting it on Amazon ready to be launched at the same time as the first press conference - that’s selling the investigation.
You seem to think that an LEO selling a book about his investigation into a crime part way through the investigation is somehow normal. Can you cite a single instance were this has happened before? Can you imagine what a judge would make of that if the Sheriff actually ever brings this stuff to court?
If only for that, I’ll make one prediction here the Sheriff, Zullo and the Posse will never build a case that can make it to court. They’ve poisoned their own well.
BTW, I wasn’t in the UK when we last posted. I was in Singapore. Right now, I’m in Syracuse at my folks’ house. I will be heading to the UK next week.
Which affidavits or details are in the book that have not been made available to the public for free through the press conference or interviews since? Exactly what INFORMATION is he selling?
What exactly is the difference between a police officer and a police detective?
Do people who appear as guests on talk shows get paid for appearing?
I don’t think it’s normal for an investigator to write a book about an investigation when it’s partway through. But then I also don’t think it’s normal for media to refuse to report on it when law enforcement finds probable cause for fraud and forgery involving the records of the President of the United States.
We’ve had 2 sharia rulings - using “judge’s knowledge” rather than any evidence - to get Obama on ballots in GA and NJ.
We’ve had now-documented threats to the media.
On the day of the presser we had Breitbart keel over dead less than 5 hours after telling Arpaio he was glad he woudl be presenting his good evidence (and now the coroner’s tech who probably took the photos that alone would tell us whether it was a natural heart attack or an assassination is dead of suspected arsenic poisoning) AND a bomb scare for Rush Limbaugh.
We’ve got information that the deaths of Bill Gwatney and Stephanie Tubbs were specifically timed to silence Bill and Hillary Clinton on Obama’s ineligibility.
Clearly NOTHING about this situation is “normal”.
