““It seems to me the federal government just doesn’t want to know who’s here illegally,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said at one point.”

I’d say that sums the issue up pretty nicely!

I think Roberts didn’t go far enough with his statement. Not only does the government not want to know who is here illegally, I’m convinced they don’t care. And they have no effective means of determining who these individuals are and where they are. The government might want to outsource the tracking of U.S. residents to Fedex. But kudos to Roberts for speaking out on the issue.

WRT the Arizona law....“It seems to me the federal government just doesn’t want to know who’s here illegally,” Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. said at one point.”

Proving once again the founders' wisdom in dividing federal authority into three branches. The purpose was to limit federal power over the states.

"Professor Obama" is a fraud.
