They admit that they have to be a heretic in order to become one of their groups.

It used to be that Progressive Christianity meant taking the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the Earth.
Now it means using the government to coerce people by threat of force to give money to the government for “redistribution” and “social justice”.
NOWHERE in the Old or New Testament is ANYTHING like that taught!!!

Better to understand simple commands, like don’t steal, even when you use the government to do it. Don’t envy, even when you use class warfare, racial divisions, and political causes that are based on hate and utilitarian values.

I was raised in the “United Church of Christ”. They were members of the NCC/WCC and are responsible for more deaths in Africa and elsewhere than most will accept. They're funding of socialist/communist insurrection movements in Africa, over the last few decades, to depose a dictatorship, with the only purpose of establishing another dictatorship, is ripe for judgment.
Socialism, whether right or left, is the gospel taught in most denominations today.
