"We're headed in the right direction. Unemployment continues to drop and those people who are unemployed, they're not going to be voting for the party who wants to cut their benefits, cut access to food stamps, cut job training," Rep. Chaka Fattah (D-PA) said on MSNBC's Al Sharpton program.

This is as blatant an admission of Obama's corruption as I have seen. Vote = taxpayer money to you.
That’s going to be a tough sell this time around.
Want a job? Vote Republican.
Want to stay on the government teat for the rest of your life? Vote Democrat.
It is going to happen with the way the left is bankrupting us.
Riots, confiscation of property of the "rich" or anyone else who has anything.
That is....”the plan”.....
What will the riots look like when that teat dries up and can’t give any more milk?
How bad will the riots be when their is no more milk to give?
We are short about 20 million jobs. 53% of college graduates for the last 5 years are unemployed, and 47% of them are employed outside the fields they trained for.
If you've never had a job you don't get unemployment payments. Plus, what "Job training" are you going to give someone when there are no jobs to go into?
The Democrats are stuck in the UNION trickbag. They cannot connect with the voting public on the "jobs" issue.
Job training? There aren’t any bloody jobs and the people reclining in the government hammock aren’t interested in any training.
In order to keep their benefits they have to remain unemployed. So I guess this is an admission that unemployment will remain high or get higher under obamas second term.
On Al (Skillets) Sharpton?
Really? I mean, REALLY?
Can we hear also, what Sam Kennuck, of Providence Rhode Island, who is committed to the Kent Center Mental Institution, has to say about the election?
It matter about as much.
Not many people will see that admission.
Most people see unemployment and dependence as a bad thing.
Democrats see it as a permanent voting block.
As was the plan all along by extending and extending and extending their unemployment benefits... =.=
Totally agree! This is not a choice between entitlement cuts or entitlement increases, this is a choice between some cuts to save the programs or no programs at all (when they dry up). If they want to keep their benefits they should vote for the cuts. Someone needs to wake these folks up.
Guess the commies are pretty confident now.
Who is Chaka Fatah? Didn’t she once sing with Rufus?
"A democracy cannot exist as a permanent form of government. It can only exist until the majority discovers it can vote itself largess out of the public treasury.
And the tipping point has been reached...............
And hence, the Democrat goal is to keep this voter block as large as possible.
Promising freebies is all the Demonrats have left.
Perhaps those that would rather have benefits than a job. They were Obama voters anyway, though.
Here's what I think will happen. Those of us that are self-reliant will suffer mightily from a worthless dollar. Those EBT cards will no longer register in "dollars", but credits. Their credits will be worth far more than the dollars in our pockets and the entitlement crowd won't skip a beat until us producers are all completely tapped out; until no other country will lend to us; until there is no wealth left to pillage and re-distribute via the Government (and that is a long way off; why, there is still our personal retirements to steal from, plenty of "dollars" still out there).
Make no mistake, the politicians will fight tooth and nail to take care of the looters first because they know the producers will be to busy working for our very survival.
Yep...I'm curious as to a.) What the increase in welfare/IBT recipients is since Bamster took office, and b.) What is the increase in the number of grocery stores that now accept IBT cards, since he took office.
The first question's been answered on various sites/Rush's show, etc., but I don't recall the exact number. I can't ever seem to find an answer to the second question.
obvious game plan is ... obvious
every conservative knows their plan.
the ‘republican leadership’ can’t seem to figure it out.
why? because the GOP was infiltrated by progressives decades ago
The people who are creating the chaos should not be rewarded the way Lenin, Mao, Castro, Chevez, Mugabe and others have been. I know those people will face justice upon Christ's return, but I really hope that the people making the mess today will face justice in this life.
I thought Chaka Fatah was a musical about Jihad.
It will give them an excuse to nationalize anything associated with food production.
I also think that is the idea behind driving up fuel cost.
Give them an excuse to nationalize the mineral wealth, oil, gas, coal, etc., owned by private individuals under their land.
Which is why our forefathers formed a REPUBLIC.
And the tipping point has been reached
We are well on our way to a SOCIALIST DEMOCRACY.
Don't worry though. Other than the ruling elite, everyone will be equal and have the same rights. None.
As if we don't have that in abundance right now, thanks to the MSM, the POTUS, the AG, black "leaders" like Jackson and Sharpton, the NBPP, the NAACP.........tell me when to stop.
Yet it’s somehow “shocking” and “uncivil” if we say that the Democrats’ real goal is for the country to fail...
Unfortunately, they are correct...
It’s pretty clear that neither side has a plan, or even a desire to tackle the unemployment problem...
People aren’t going to worry about next year when they are too busy worrying about next week...
Well... they have to pay off those Chinese loans somehow. Since the politicians pocket most of the cash, one must barter. The government cannot 'barter' what it doesn't 'own'. So... it must take it away from the citizens.
I’m currently unemployed, and I’d rather have a job. I had one when George Bush was President.
Whoever here coined the term “FSA” (as in Free $hit Army) was right on the money.
A small issue is being left out..........I thought the law was that how long you can collect has to do with the States unemployment rate. Like Wisc. rate went down so their unemployed will not get to collect as long as other states with higher unemployment rates................
Democrats, my foot...It's time for you people to wake up...
"It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance."
President George Bush
addressing the General Assembly
of the U.N., February 1,1992
Good. Go for it.
The unemployed who prior to being on the dole had good jobs and good prospects don’t like this.
Welfare recipients like being welfare recipients.
Those who worked and cannot find jobs aren’t going to SETTLE for a life with no prospects and no hope.
88 88 88 88 88 million are out of work and off the rolls with no hope because of the democrats.
Until America becomes a pure dictatorship and the money stops flowing to those on welfare. Dictators do not share. Democrats are communists.
I like to tell people...”Want the GOVERNMENT running your life? Vote DEM.”
Can I steal what you said and put it on my FB? Freepers say things so well!!! Also, I think I will add...and who do you think will pay for the INTEREST on your student loan? Small Business! Businesses who, then, will NOT have the money to HIRE YOU!
This makes as much sense as tupac shakur, back from the dead, doing an interview with "Matta Worldpeace" about black violence and how to stop it.
With the real unemployment number in the 15% area, where will the jobs come from to fufill all this “job training”? This has always been a pet peeve of mine, job trainig is just another money transfer program.
The unemployed must vote on Wednesday November 7, 2012.
