The State of Oklahoma Fights Back - Way to go Oklahoma!
JEFFHEAD.COM - OKLAHOMA FIGHTS BACK ^ | April 26, 2012 | Jeff Head

Posted on 04/26/2012 9:32:23 AM PDT by Jeff Head

Oklahoma is the only state where Obama did not carry one single county in the last presidential election...not a single one! Take a look:

Lately, while a lot of attention has been focused on Arizona 's new immigration law, and a good one it is...

LOOK WHAT OKLAHOMA IS DOING

Would to God that more states would join in on actions like this...and guess what? They are.

More than half of the states are suing the Obama administration over the unconstitutional ObamaCare laws. As stated, Oklahoma, Texas , Montana and Utah have already openly declared themselves soveriegn states protected from most of the overreaching federal mandates by the 10th amendment to the US Constitution. Libs, Feds, leftists, and progressives don't like that...too bad. I dare you to try and get a constitutional amendment nullifying the 10th amendment. You want to talk about a landslide! You would be buried and you know it.

By the way, once again, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Mississippi and Florida are considering the same types of legislation. That's 16 states right there...and more will follow.

Our anti-American President and all of his abettors, friends, followers, and political hacks who want to fundamentally change this nation...it's not going to work out for you. In fact, it is going the other way. That's because most Americans are waking up and understand that:

AMERICA IS AT THE CROSSROADS OF HISTORY

Thanks. Spread it around. Forward it to your state reps.

Me too. Lets all forward this to our own state reps and encourage them to do likewise. Here in Idaho we already are doing a lot of this...but we can all do more and if they know they have the backing of the citizenry, they will be encouraged to continue the same.

I am personally disappointed that Idaho hasn’t been at the forefront with regards to standing up to the feds.

Amen to each of you.

Now let’s all send this to and encourage our state reps tpo do liekwise so we get larger and larger number fo the states themselves standing against the encroachment.

I just send it to a friend of mine who is our State HOuse Rep who is running for the State Senate this year. I know he will carry it forward.

He is the Author of the following:

Oklahoma is like Texas but more conservative and more American Indians. Oklahoma economy is similar to Texas being based on oil/gas and agriculture. I suppose Texas has some more hi-tech. Here and there I have seen black people from Oklahoma with some Injun blood. Kind of interesting

Oklahoma’s taking a lead position. Good on ‘em!

I'm in Texas and love it here but sometimes I think Oklahoma is even more Texan than Texas. We have too many mestizos and muzzies here that dilute the power of good Texas Patriots. Oklahoma is populated largely by solid Christians who are real Americans. Californians and New Yorkers settling in Texas have not worked out well since they bring their socialist culture with them. Oklahoma has been pretty much immune from that sort of Yankee invasion.

And when I travel north across the Red River, I enjoy seeing signs like these at the Oklahome gas stations:

Oklahoma is OK!

Can’t wait until Oklahoma gets the bead on Hilda Solis stealing freedom (by way of her appointment to Labor Relations Board) from farm families working their farm together with their children.

Classic case of commie control coming straight atcha’, Oklahoma.

We need to do more...but we are doing some. I am encouraging my State Rep, Steve Thayne, to do so and he is trying.

He is running for the Sttae Senate this year and I believe he will shake thing sup.

We are talking about the State Sov law, and we are looking at a similar law to Montana’s regarding state manufactured arms not being under the regulation of the BATF at all.

I’ll just bet that Oklahoma also has children working on family farms. The evil just keeps on oozing!

In Oklahoma even democrats carry concealed. There are more democrats than republicans.

You can't say that anymore,. The state is now dominated by the GOP, the conservative democrats have switched. As you know GOP finally has the legislature, has every statewide office. Kerry and Obama didn't win a single county. With Boren Jr. quitting Republicans will once again have the entire congressional delegation.

People registered to vote as democrats still outnumber registered Republicans if that's what you mean but that's meaningless as it is in Northwest Florida and other areas of the South.

Of course they do. We had a small Ranch in Texas and from the time i was 12 I was working at ahuling hay...first helping stack on the truck and driving in between rows...later bucking bales onto the truck and into the barns.

This administrations power grab and union pandiering to try and stop family kids form working on their own farms is insanitu and will result in millions of people defying any such law. If they push that, they may have a fight.

This is an example of the terrible things which can go wrong when you elect the wrong person and they bring in all their ministers to muck things up.

Congrats to all the Americans in Oklahoma!!!

As far as CCW licenses go here in MA, many classes to get them are booked. I have a friend that is a certified instructor and he's been booked solid for the past 3 years.

Gee, I wonder why?

As far as voter registration goes, here in the People's Republic, “Unenrolled” (of which I'm one) is at least twice the size of enrolled Rats. So the point Impy makes about registration being meaningless is true.

True but there is no other way to count it. A Democrat is a registered Democrat and a Republican is a registered Republican.

What’s in their heart and how they vote is another matter entirely.

I don’t yet, but John Heitmann, who has an auto blog, said it was in “a number of news stories.”

When the Emancipation Proclamation was issued The Civilized tribes that held slaves had to free them. The Cherokee tribe offered to free the slaves or they could become Cherokee. I think there was a real uproar recently when the tribe decided that the Black Cherokees were no longer tribal members, don't know how that turn out.

I was born in Ottawa County (Extreme NE Corner)in 1938 and it was a segregated county until the early 60's when the local junior college brought in some Blacks to play basketball, there were some Arabs there before that I think, probably because of the money.

http://www.dallascityhall.com/police/towing_faqs.html

If my vehicle has been impounded for No Insurance and I bring proof of insurance to the Auto Pound, can I get the fees waived?

No, at the time your vehicle is impounded for No Insurance a citation will be issued. Dallas Auto Pound personnel will not make any determination on fee waivers in these cases.

How much will it cost to retrieve my vehicle?

GENERALLY, the following fees will apply: If you pick your vehicle up the same day it is towed you will pay $121 for towing as well as a $20 impound fee for administrative cost. You will then have to pay and additional $20 for each day the vehicle is in the auto pound. After 48 hours, a notification letter is sent and you will have to pay $50 for the notification fee.
