Apparently Congress has already delegated authority to the Dept. of Labor to do whatever the hell it wants & that no new legislation would be needed.
He can't go into full blown Pol Pot mode *until* he's reelected and has more "flexibility". That's when he'll start relocating all evil conservatives to do farm labor and giving our houses to people who 'deserve them'. That's the Communist way.

People were livid about this. I had friends who don’t talk politics posting articles about this on FB. It made no sense to them. It makes perfect sense to me though. Every move Obama makes weakens America.
This effort to make rural life miserably harassed, regulated and unprofitable has to do with “Agenda 21.”
If you have no studied that, please do. The UN has laid out “human free” zones in every Nation in the name of protecting the enviornment. The goal is to make everyone live in cities without cars and humans would not be permitted to enter or use the wildlife zones. They remove most of our nations land from human use.
Progressives in both parties are pushing that agenda and using safety, global warming and overpopulation bs as an excuse. Citizens outside the cities need to understand what is going on because the Feds are really sneaky in what they do.
