Everyone please send whatever you are able to, whether it is $10, $100 or $1,000+. The DUmmies, Morons, Kos Kiddies and that crew are laughing up their sleeves. Jim may have to make this site members only or allow ads. Better for us to just help with what we can. Maybe you can donate as a memorial for a lost loved one, a servicemember who never made it home or was disabled defending our country. Perhaps you'd like to give to keep free discussion alive and to show them that we're not knuckling under. I'm sure a well thought out or prayerful meditation will lead you to see the need and how you can help. If every registered FReeper and our lurkers would each just help out with a fin or a sawbuck, or better yet a Ben Franklin, we could put this to bed and get on with the conservative cause.
It’s obvious to me that this site plans to advocate not voting for the only viable candidate to oppose Obama. It is also obvious that there are those whose votes will be swayed in that direction.
Should Obama win by a very narrow margin, I will be justified in my conclusion that FR contributed to that victory. Should Obama lose or win by a wide margin in the swing states, I will not have justification for that conclusion.
It’s really quite simple and I am surprised and disappointed that many here don’t seem to grasp it. We have two viable parties. Should a third viable party materialize and their candidate more closely matches my politics, I’ll vote for him. Until then, I will vote for the lesser of two evils when necessary.
Did we learn nothing from Ross Perot? Result: 8 years of Bill Clinton. Did we learn nothing from Ralph Nader? Result: Al Gore lost. The last time a third party won the presidency was 1860. It may happen again, but not this year.

If you’re saying that FR is a fixed point in a moving sea, you’re wrong. I’ve been here since Aug 2000 and I’ve been attacked over and over for things that started or added to intelligent discussions ten years ago. Rove is what 55-60 and Coulter is late 40s. How many people do you know at that age who’ve changed as much as you seem to believe those two have changed? Mostly now I post on the non political threads as the potential for discussion still exists on those.
The Islamic threat has been on going and well known to those of us who have followed that threat. Videos such as that have been posted many times over....unfortunately there are still many in our nation still in the dark about it...better said refuse to see the threat when it's clearly identified.
If you think Romney is going to do anything about the Muslims here and in Governance you are sadly mistaken. His entire organization has been working 'side by side' with them since before 9/11 and increased that thereafter. Muslims work well with Mormonism because they are very similar in their teachings concerning control of their people.
It's appalling that the media will not discuss Romney's fake church and his position within it, and his affiliation to their agenda....for they have been instrumental in this Primary and will be in the election. They have many to strong arm where it's needed and do. The fact Romney will not speak about what LDS is up to says volumes...and making “religion” off limits will give him and, his fake churches agenda, protection from it being known.
And just so you're informed....it's being said already Romney will likely be key into uniting the religions...as his stance is a high level of tolerance for all religions...and because there is such a close relationship with his people and Islam.
You also might want to investigate the LDS vast array of investments and holdings worldwide....this is not a church..it is 'a corporate entity with a national and worldwide agenda'...and it's not about to reveal that anymore than it will it's diabolic rituals and beliefs which keep it's members in bondage in order to sustain the revenues they generate to it's leadership.

Well, we’ve each got to do what we’ve got to do. I’ve repeated myself until I’m blue in the face, but there’s no other way to say it. I don’t need to string together a bunch of flowery phrases or intellectual discussion to express my most basic thought on this. It’s foundational bedrock.
It’s enshrined in the Declaration of Independence.
We are endowed by our Creator (God) with our unalienable rights to Equality under the law, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness (which includes things like economic freedom and the right to self-governance).
Obviously (per his actual record in government), Governor Romney does not share in my belief in any of the above and feels that government has the constitutional power to deprive us of any of our God-given rights that he or it wishes.
The Declaration states as a matter of undeniable truth that government derives its just powers at the consent of the governed.
I absolutely refuse to grant my consent to Romney or the GOP-e who are hell bent on depriving me of my God-given Liberty.
The Declaration goes on to state that when government becomes destructive to our foundation principles as stated within, then it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it.
Now I’m not suggesting that we abolish it, but it’s definitely past time to alter it. It needs to be altered to bring it back in line with our founding principles, and our constitutional limits need to be enforced and our liberty fully restored.
Romney is demonstrably not the one.
