Williams was released for good behavior, but in 2003, he received a life sentence at Pelican Bay State Prison for the 2000 murder of Grover Tinner, a drug dealer. He will not be eligible for parole until he serves 47 years

Poor drug dealer Grover Tinner. He may still be alive had Williams not been released early. Although, for the benefit of society, it actually became a good two-fer.
