Bill Maher, the largest donor to President Obama's super PAC, called Mormonism a "cult" on his HBO show last night, and said that donating money to that religion doesn't count as charity because it's "bulls---."

Well....let’s have a look at that list:
Class hate: Wherever the Mormons went, they established their presence, froze out other businesses, silenced any opposition press (see how JS died), and regarded all non-Mormons as apostates from the `true faith’ of JS.
Racism: Blacks ineligible for the “Melchezidek priesthood” until 1978 when this changed due to Federal pressure.
Treason: The Utah Territory was set up as the Deseret empire and Federal troops were held at bay until the Mormons began eyeing the advantages of statehood.
Bigotry: Directed against Christian non-Mormons aka “gentiles” to this very day. Catholics are especially condemned as adherents of “the great and abominable church”.
Ha ha ha, if Mormonism is a cult, then what about that islam thing to Obammy belongs? Violence, brain washing, goat sex...islam has it all. Mormons by comparison are more like Jehovah’s Witnesses or Hari Krishnas - just goofy and sometimes annoying.

Whoa, that’s a stretch! No, I don’t believe in the moral equivalence argument that states “all paths are valid” and that all religions have equal value. Mormonism is especially intolerant of the validity of other faiths (though curiously silent about Islam, check it out) but I admit it is far less murderous on that score than Islam.
