Legalization is an acknowledgement of personal liberty and protected by the Constitution, and therefore a conservative agenda...except it’s in the interests of the liberal powerbase to keep painting the issue as in the purview of only the liberal hippie wastrel contingent. One very good reason for doing this is that a district’s crime statistics can be fluffed up with minor crimes such as this to slant their perceived requirements for funding and equipment...how else do you think an eighteen man police force in South Dakota merits a tank?
