When (if) the Viking Kitties come, I have some sardines for them. I’m already on Townhall now, and I will regret what FR has become if JR applies this fairly across the board, but in truth, honest debate over one of the most important issues in A-mew-rica (kitties) will have become impossible there. The subject of the ills and advantages of a Mitt Romney run will simply have become an impossible topic to broach. Perhaps JR could push it into the Smokey Backroom, but to ban it altogether... that impoverishes discourse.

FR is hurting. Just look at the new threads. Never before have I seen so many threads with so few comments. I’ll give you one guess as to why FR is hurting. I just hope this site doesn’t dissappear before the election. after the election, things will settle back to some kind of normal.

Joe Curl works for Matt Drudge and has been in the tank for Romney for a long time.

I do love America. But I love God more. And it’s come down to that.

Just more agitprop from Team Romney.

ag·it·prop (jt-prp)
n.
Political propaganda, especially favoring communism and disseminated through literature, drama, art, or music: “It also is a conspiracy movie, agitprop against today’s targets, big government and big business” (George F. Will).
[Russian, short for otdel agitatsii i propagandy, incitement and propaganda section (of the central and local committees of the Russian Communist party); name changed in 1934.]

His second term will make the first term look conservative.

I've asked this a couple of times with no response, so let me try you. We constantly hear this refrain that the second term will be worst than the first. Has there been a case when a President accomplished more in his second term than in his first? It seems that the two-term Presidents get almost all their accomplishments in the first term (and usually in the first few months) and then struggle to get anything accomplished in the second term as lame duck status really sinks in.

Dude, I could get started here on dumb, but I won’t.

Again-—I said I love God more than my country. Where did I say I was trying to VOTE for Him? If you can answer that, please do.

Mitt Romney is a member of the Church of Jesus Chris of Latter Day Saints (LDS or Mormons). Members of the LDS profess to be nominally Christian, although some of their doctrine is certainly unconventional. Majority of LDS members I know are well centered with a good moral compass.

Obama is clearly and demonstrably by his day to day actions profoundly anti Christ (although he is most certainly not THE Anti Christ foretold in the Bible) and antagonistic and hostile to the Church and to people of the Christian faith.

You imply that you would prefer to vote for a President who has proven time and time again to be anti Christ and hostile to Christians as opposed to Mitt Romney who.

I don't get it. I can understand a certain animus to Romney for good reason based on past actions but at least Romney is not hostile to other Christians who do not share his beliefs and Romney professes to be a Christian according to his beliefs.

Romney has also pledged to respect most, if not all, of the Church's positions including right to life issues if he is elected President.

Obama, on the other hand, is anti Christ, anti Christian and hostile to the Christian Church and it's members. He has proven to be a enthusiastic member in good standing of the Cult of Death on a broad range of issues whenever the opportunity arises.

Obama's full support for the killing of babies who are born alive after failed attempts at abortion and other forms of infanticide crosses the line from metaphysical debate to outright support of a form of behavior singled out for special condemnation by Jesus himself.

Romney may not be the perfect angel, but Obama is a perfect candidate to be best defined by that timeless test suggested in the Bible - "By their fruits you shall know them" in the context and spirit of the phrase .

We gotta throw out the Communist and install the Fabian Socialist!!!! The Future is at stake!!!!

Some say there is not a difference, but there IS A DIFFERENCE! The communist will take over totally and wreck the economy and then do what all communists do. The Fabian will wreck the economy with a little less haste and then take over and do what all communists do. So there is a real difference. Communism's chains and purges and such RIGHT NOW or we ease into it for a little while longer.

Maybe you are asking the wrong question? Has there ever been a President that has appointed dozens of czars, governed by executive order, and tried to divide us racially, economically, and socially? The answer to that is easy, so who knows what the bastard will attempt in the next 4 years.

I pray everyone decides they love America more than they hate Romney.

I genuinely sympathize with your feelings. UNDERSTAND that "hate" has exactly zero to do with why I reject Romney as soundly as I reject Obama.

I realize this is not a popular position on FR ...

Frankly, I admire your being here and engaging in the discussion. I sincerely understand why and how my position sounds so radical at first.

The most important thing for me is knowing that at all times and in all places, panic and fear make people lose their heads and make wrong moves. Panic and fear are the "reasons" driving people to vote for Romney.
