One thing you’re forgetting is the U.S. Supreme Court. There are four elderly judges who may leave during the next four years.
More than any other reason, that is why I am ABO in 2012. I do not want Anita Dunn & Van Jones nominated to SCOTUS. Or, more Sotomayor's and Kagan's.
