And the Un-Masking of Mitt Romney, the lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal, continues . . .

"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

et tu, Christine?

I’m surprised at her, especially since she got royally stabbed in the back by the party, in particular K Rove.

Then there’s Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, a long-time favorite of tea-party activists

Chaffetz is mormon...didn't need to be bought off with money.

It is called Pacification.

When we took a town in Germany during WW II we rounded up a few SS leaders and summarily shot them in public, then the rest seemed to get more pliable and tried to get along.

The GOPe play this game extremely well.
The DEMs have it down to a science.

I can’t think of a single reason to “take Christine O’Donnell,” but are defections by TEA Party members numerous? I don’t keep up on their doings, and have (perhaps foolishly) assumed the defectors to be no more than ten percent of 2010 crop. Wrong? Thanks for any enlightenment.

LOL. You folks still do not get it. Romney is the nominee. There is no other choice other than Obama, so take your pick between those two. Any other talk is just not reality. I cannot understand why we keep seeing anti-Romney posts on here, unless it is from dimwits or democrats who are trying to discourage people from voting to oust Obama.

I'm a sovereign and free Citizen of the United States and a Tea Partier. I don't have or need a leader.

I need representatives and statesmen who will quietly do their taxpayer funded jobs and do so with minimal, or better yet, no government intrusion into my legitimate and honest enterprises.

Float a navy, make sure the courts have judges, and stay the f-f-heck out of the way. That's all I ask.

Nothing shocking here. Candidates who receive support often return the favor. Why weren’t Santorum, Gingrich, and the other Presidential candidates out there trying to elect Republicans in 2010? Say what you will about Romney’s record on the issues, but it is hard to deny that he ran the most savvy campaign.
