A man exposed himself to a woman inside the Bucks County Association for the Blind.
Newtown Township police said the incident occurred about 2 p.m. Friday inside the bookstore at the offices at 400 Freedom Drive.
The woman told police the suspect is a skinny, black male, between 35 and 45 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and was wearing a black track suit.
Officers checked the area along with Newtown Borough police and could not find the suspect.

“A man exposed himself to a woman inside the Bucks County Association for the Blind.”
If a tree falls in the forest...
Or then again, maybe he’s shy and just working his way up.

I was expecting the story to tell us he utilized the brail method, and that’s how he got ‘caught’.

I preferred the druggie who always got put in jail. Once he said he got lost at the corner of Walk and Don’t Walk.

Many blind people have attendants who can see, dogs who could care less, or have something like macular degeneration which leaves you with a big fuzzy ball in the center of your field of vision, but you can see around it.

If a tree falls in the forest and there is no one to hear it, is there any sound?
If a perv walks into the Association for the Blind...
All too much Zen for me.

Actually this is a resale shop run by the Association for the Blind to raise money for the services they offer—vision screenings, etc. No blind workers employed there. Lots of upscale residents in Newtown in several of the local(upscale) retirement communities. It’s one of the favored charities for disposition of final personal effects.

Was he charged with mopery?
