And the Un-Masking of Mitt Romney, the lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal, continues . . .

"If we must have an enemy at the head of Government, let it be one whom we can oppose, and for whom we are not responsible, who will not involve our party in the disgrace of his foolish and bad measures." - Alexander Hamilton

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

"A thing moderately good is not so good as it ought to be. Moderation in temper is always a virtue; but moderation in principle is always a vice." - Thomas Paine 1792

"It does not take a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men." - Samuel Adams

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams

Presidential hopeful Mitt Romney broke with Republican orthodoxy on Friday

What?!? I didn't know Mitt Romney ever had any Republican orthodoxy.

You're right, but don't tell that to the Mitt Supporters, you might confuse them as they march after the Pied Piper of Progressive Liberalism.

"It's important for us to reduce our emissions of pollutants and greenhouse gases that may be significant contributors."

He just says stuff like this to make people think he is severely conservative. /s

Isn't there any way to broker the convention so we can at least attempt to save this republic?

“I have put our nation on a path to slow, stop, and eventually reverse the growth of our greenhouse gas emissions. In 2002, I announced our first step: to reduce America’s greenhouse gas intensity by 18 percent through 2012. I’m pleased to say that we remain on track to meet this goal even as our economy has grown 17 percent.”

George Bush

That’s it, we all need to sit out the election. He won the primary and by our system he is the candidate whether we like it or not.

Pray for America

That’s it, we all need to sit out the election. He won the primary and by our system he is the candidate whether we like it or not.

But bray, you are talking like a Republican first, and a conservative second.

There is nothing, absolutely nothing in Romney's record that recommends him to conservatives.

And the implication is by your comment, that he is everyone's candidate or nominee on FreeRepublic, and I can guarantee, that for a sizable minority on FreeRepublic, he will never be our nominee or candidate because of his lying, left-wing, Progressive Liberal record.

bray, even prayer won’t sway the ideologues on this forum who think they’re doing the right thing by voting for Obama.

What a sickening bunch of looney tunes they’ve become.

Can't be. Candidate Barack Hussein Obama promised that if he was elected, history would look back on that occasion as the date the oceans ceased to rise.

Godoboma wouldn't LIE, would he Al-Reuters???

Give it up Con, Romney is the Republican nominee, and either he or Obama will be the next president.

With Obama, you get $8 gasoline, a Marxist Supreme Court, trillions in deficits for your grandchildren, paper mache' cars that will kill thousands of them each year, death panels that will limit YOUR life, and poverty for everyone.

Is Mitt turning into Santorum? The issues are jobs, taxes, jobs, spending, jobs, borrowing, jobs, regulation.

Saying something that is not only stupid but off message makes it doubly stupid.

People change:

Yes people change, but this guy is shameless in doing so. The man has held so many different positions on the same issues that he could fill an hour debating himself. He is 100% pandering BS.

Truth is that he is a blue blood liberal north eastern RINO. Not worth the time it would take to pull the lever for him (not that I would ever consider).

How anyone can vote for this clown and still can themselves Conservative baffles me.
