Bruning urging the confirmation of Eric Holder makes him a no-go for me - willing to throw away the rule of law in order to pander to a certain segement of the voting population. Just like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
Right now our country is in critical condition after it was mugged by criminals in office, in the media, and elsewhere - and the guy charged with enforcing the law is instead making sure NOBODY can enforce the law. This is the most critical issue we face, because if we had the rule of law, crimes would be treated as crimes and not just as “politics”.
Jon Bruning is also supposed to enforce the law, but his political ambition gets in the way. He has to cover for his buddies at the NE Supreme Court and the gambling and drug-dealing people who pull the strings. This means that the same lawlessness that put Obama and his whole lawless regime in power in the macro picture is also there at the state level, which allows the crooks at local levels to do the same things at the local level as the criminal Obama administration is doing at the federal level. My family has first-hand experience with this, and Jon Bruning was not willing to stand for the rule of law. Blatant lawlessness and the supposed law enforcers turned a blind eye - including both the NE Supreme Court and AG Bruning.
I’ll be voting for Stenberg.
