I have long thought that a terrorist could easily hijack a fuel tanker and drive it into a school, shopping mall or even a hospital with horrific effect. It doesn’t take some high tech plot just the will to be a homicide terrorist.

It is not uncommon here to lose 250,000 acres to fire a year. what’s another brush fire or two? It seems unlikely that they would even be noticed.
