I think you have to have social security numbers for all dependents.

Need a SS number for a kid in Mexico?

1. Go to the local flea market and buy a fake birth certificate.
2. Take the fake birth certificate to the SS Administration office and get a REAL SS card.
3. Use card to get tax cerdits and as much welfare as possible.

I’m not sure they don’t give “how to” seminars on the busses from the boarder to destination cities...
