It’s almost become expected at this point. In the nearly four years he’s been in office, Vice President Joe Biden has awed the country with his gaffes (see here, here, and here, just to name a few). And on Sunday, he struck again.
During an interview with David Gregory on “Meet The Press,” Biden’s mind seemed otherwise occupied when it came to consistently and correctly referring to who he was talking about. For example, at one point, and much to the joy of Republicans, he referred to Mitt Romney as “President Romney.” But as if that wasn’t embarrassing enough, he couldn‘t seem to keep his own boss’s name straight: he also referred to Barack Obama as “President Clinton.”

Why it was just Al Qaeda getting revenge for the killing of Osama we were told! Yeah that’s it, that’s the ticket! Al Qaeda is so incredibly advanced they know exactly where all our troops are at any given moment and know exactly when they move and exactly what choppers they take off in. It takes us years and years to find even one Al Qaeda leader, a decade to find Osama, but Al Qaeda and their camels can find the elite and secret Seal Team 6 in less than a month! Incredible!

So all of you who are worried about a Romney presidency can relax. That's not why Mittens is running.
How do I know all of this? Easy. Hillary's not wearing any makeup anymore.

I had that same conversation in 2008 with my left-wing next-door neighbor. According to friend who works in DC, Biden usually won the annual straw poll among Capitol Hill staffers for dumbest senator.

He serves another purpose: Makes Obama look/sound (slightly) more intelligent. A VP who could upstage Obi in intelligence department wouldn’t have done at all!
But yet, when you ask a liberal who was the dumbest vice President, they will say Quayle. Speaking of Dan Quayle, He is speaking toorrow night at a dinner I am going to. I am actually looking forward to hearing what he has to say.
