Infamous anti-American Robert Fisk starts off the article with his usual crappy gobbling about 'islamophobia...' - But look at the source, the rest of the piece, he elaborates on racism in the Arab world, highlighting the slavery persecution of Asians and the routine anti-Black.

I tried to read it but it wasn’t available. Was it posted originally in the Independent?

I didn't post the text here because FR has a policy NOT to publish Independent articles (in full). But, basically, he talks about the wide Arab racism against non-Arabs, especially Asians and Blacks. About Asian maids who are really SLAVES. For recent classic example, search on google for the African maid that committed suicide Alem Dechasa / slave, after sufering as a SLAVE under Arab masters in lebanon (which has about 200,000 of these "maids").

I see, thanks for the explanation. I have long been aware of the terrible treatment foreigners receive in arab/muslim countries-it’s truly sickening that the leftist media says next to nothing about it, all the while highlighting every perceived slight on our part. Someday there will a movement to set it to rights.
