I live in a binary world when it comes to language changes.

You want to go from fat to obese....fine obese it is. If you find the obese isn’t going to work, then we go back to fat. I simply refuse to play the moving word game.

Exactly. BMI was developed as a industry tool to chart weight loss/ gain for the masses over a period of years. It is fairly accurate for much of the population.
