Some on here would vote for Bill Ayers if he had an "R" after his name....because you know he's not as bad as Stalin. And we could always just hold his feet to the fire.

We had a weak field of candidates and the notRomney opposition never united behind a single candidate. Neither of these causes for the current situation can be blamed on the party.

And the theory that the failure of the nominee in the general election will therefore result in a more conservative nominee next time has no historical or logical basis.

Until we have stronger candidates and more unity, nothing changes and we get the same results.

Blaming the party is not a worthwhile exercise; just slightly above blaming the voters.
