I'd like to hear him go after Don Imus who supports gay everything -- many of his ultra-liberal buddies are gay -- and Imus expresses his bigotry (despite his claim of an 164 IQ) about Christians in the same language as Dan Savage.
I emailed Imus and suggested that Dan Savage is the perfect fill-in host -- and I suggested that after he retires the show can continue by having a computer play random slurs which is about all he contributes to the show anyway. It's the staff's reaction that is the entertainment.

Taking a lot of good callers today on the gay marriage stuff
Savage has a lot to be proud of but personally I'd rather hear 99+% about events affecting our Republic -- he's good at dealing with the threats. I have never cared for what a talk show host had for lunch.. yes I admit that I am too stupid to understand the nuances.
I heard about this WSJ article and added it to yesterday's thread way too late for anyone to notice.
I have never known anyone in the media or in person who talks about himself so much -- maybe one guy we called "Champ" back in grade school. Apparently it's more common than I imagined.

Don Imus
Long time radio DJ, admits to heavy drug and alcohol use.. now apparently is clean. His staff tends to be conservative while Imus claims to be more conservative than liberal but that's BS based upon ever since I've listened to his show dating back to the 90s. He was critical of BJ and is critical of Obama (but liked both men) -- yet I recall Imus exploding in anger at a couple of members of his staff for being too critical of Bill Clinton and told them to stop.
He literally hates Gingrich and Santorum ("skunk vomit" and "butt puss"). He seems to have gotten over his hatred of Palin and merely states that she is dumb.. Michele Bachmann is not dumb, says Imus; but she is wacko and dangerous.
Yes, often he is just kidding but those are serious.
