If Osama Obama gets 4 more Arpaio will be indicted...even if the Dept of Just Us has to manufacture evidence.

They are supposed to issue their Ruling in June or July. When it comes out in support of SB1070 it should take a big bite out the DOJ suit.

“If Osama Obama gets 4 more Arpaio will be indicted...even if the Dept of Just Us has to manufacture evidence.”

Nope. All Obama is doing is keeping the Dream Act alive with this.

Like every other thing this administration does, the minute the narrative changes, this will go away.

The feds won’t use good faith efforts to fulfill their constitutional duty to protect the country from foreign invasion as they stubbornly & arrogantly refuse to enforce federal law; and they don’t want any state doing anything to protect itself from the invasion and reconquista; and they will use the full power of the executive branch to leave the states defenseless to protect themselves.

The woman at Romney’s rally was right: Barack (`Me! Me! Me!’) Obama and, further, his chief law enforcement officer are traitors to the USA.

Or the court may declare the DOJ case dismissed, ruling it's “des minimus prejorum.”

You beat me to it. I have had enough of the civility dance conservatives continue to do with liberals that only results in the anal date-rape of conservatives.

The only positive that can come of an Obama reelection would be the inevitable rebellion.

Sadly this is not surprising, many in Obambi's 'Justice' Department were attorneys for many of the terrorists at Guantanamo. The Taliban, Al Queada, and the Obama Administration all hate America.

This is all purely political. It's an attempt to convince Hispanics that Obama is looking out for their “Special Interests,” etc.

No problem, because Obama, Holder et. al. will be long gone before this case ever moves through courts.

Think about it:

Video of voter intimidation - no case brought by DOJ

Bounty placed on a citizen’s head - no case brought by DOJ

Smuggling guns to known drug dealers in Mexico - the DOJ, nobody fired, coverup, still using the results as a case against the bill of rights.

Arizona passes immigration law mirroring federal law - Arizona sued and sheriff sued by the DOJ

-

This scene is straight out of Animal Farm or 1984.

Look how they railroaded Conrad Black.

Anyone can be found guilty by the Feds. They have an unlimited budget and platoons of lawyers to see you in jail.

"Sadly this is not surprising, many in Obambi's 'Justice' Department were attorneys for many of the terrorists at Guantanamo. The Taliban, Al Queada, and the Obama Administration all hate America. "

So on the first day of his Presidency, Romney will require every one of them to resign?

That was the first thing I wondered about when I heard this on the radio. Their complaint is civil not, criminal. They probably just want to bleed Sheriff Joe financially.

This should be moved to breaking news. It has happened. They have trumped up a bunch discrimination charges against his department.
They don’t care who knows how corrupt they are anymore. They know there will be no consequences.

URGENT: PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION AT THIS LINK to show you Stand With Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and AGAINST the political witchhunt of Obama's Department of Justice. This Administration and its open-borders allies La Raza, MALDEF and the ACLU, will stop at nothing to try and destroy the most prominent national symbol in the fight against illegal immigration. Sheriff Joe will not back down. Please sign the petition to show you stand behind him.

[UPDATE: MoveOn.org and La Raza have launched their own petition AGAINST Sheriff Joe, and it has already gathered 42,700 signatures, and rising fast as LA RAZA, the ACLU and MoveOn.org sent out emails yesterday to sign the petition. The PRO-JOE petition is only just ahead of it at 44,300. PLEASE SIGN NOW so we can stay ahead of the open-borders leftists. Let's try to get to 50,000 signatures or more by the end of today!]
