Vice President Joe Biden apologized to President Barack Obama Wednesday in the Oval Office for jumping the gun on the administration's public embrace of same-sex marriage and forcing his boss's hand, a person knowledgeable on the contrite exchange told Yahoo News on Thursday.
"The vice president expressed remorse, regret," said the individual, who requested anonymity to describe an unusual, private exchange between the buttoned-up Obama and his freewheeling vice president. The president told Biden, the individual said, that he understood Biden's comments on Sunday had come "from the heart."
The source described Obama's response as very similar to his public comments in an interview with ABC News's Robin Roberts, with whom he shared his history-making announcement that he backed the right of gay couples to marry.

My "hunch" is that the Dems also plan to replace Biden on the 2012 ticket; and that ...
1. Biden will fake an illness (rather than admit that he's being shown the door, Dems are never honest about anything),
2. Hillary will become the veep candidate, but only after faking that she does not want it (and only after multiple pleas for her to re-consider, again, Dems simply cannot be honest about anything).
Historical note for context. IIRC, in 1999 the Clintons had their media allies buy television commercials begging the Clintons to attend the Womens' World Cup soccer final. They, of course, planned to attend anyway, but they chose to FAKE the suspense by having people publicly beg them to attend. They love the reluctant hero performance, so watch for it again.

Its getting old. This homosexual marriage thing is a states right's issue, not a federal one. There is nothing about full faith and credit here.
Any sane American already knows how a democrat operates: If it is bad for America, the democrats are for it. If the mushy middle cannot see that now, this country just might deserve what it gets and I hope the idiot citizens who vote for it suffer the hardest..
