Beverly is obviously an ingorant twit in addition to being a worthless road whore. From the outcome of the vote, it very well may be that North Carolina has as many good, god fearing people as Mississippi and the comparison may be warranted.

Any state should should consider itself lucky to be compared to Mississippi.

No, Governnor. You put the matter before the people, and the people spoke. Plainly and simply. Your CONSTITUENCY voted, and as a body, decided to define a marriage as being between a man and a woman. It is YOUR JOB to support the will of the people of the state you REPRESENT in this matter, and set aside your personal feelings.

If you personally choose not to agree, that's your right. But your role is to support the will of the people and not run around whining like a spoiled child!
