Flag Line For Fallen NorCal Soldier

As of midafternoon Monday, The following information was considered to be accurate in describing the flag line route for fallen hero Spc. Chase Marta. Late monday evening, we received word the plannned route has been changed. The changes follow the original posting. Both the original and amendment were provided by members of the Veterans of Foriegn Wars .The route for Spc. Chase Marta has been revised to the following:

This Wednesday, May 16th, the body of our Fallen Hero, Spc. Chase S. Marta,

will arrive at Beale AFB at about 11:00 a.m.. There will be a procession

from Beale AFB to Ullrey Memorial Chapel. The planned route is to come

down North Beale Road to Hammonton-Smartsville Road through Marysville over the 10th Street

Bridge Left on Plumas Street, Right on Church Street then Right on Almond to Ullrey’s Memorial.

Readers are urged to check for the latest update. The Territorial Dispatch will work to confirm the route as soon as possible.

And BTW....there is no Spc rank in the United States Marine Corps.... Spc is a rank in the U.S. Army.
