Posted the following on a now zotted antifreeper thread a little while ago as I banned the atheist bastard who claimed we were NAZIs for defending Christianity, our God and our national heritage:

Free Republic is a pro-God (that’s the Judeo-Christian God for those in Rio Linda), pro-Life, pro-Family, pro-Gun, pro-Constitution, pro-Bill of Rights, pro-Liberty, pro-Small (Limited) Government, pro-Declaration, pro-Private Property, pro-Strong Defense, pro-Borders, etc, ie, a grassroots pro-Traditional American Conservatism site.

Unlike any other nation on earth, ours was founded on the belief that our rights to exist and to live free are granted by GOD, not government. We the people created our government and gave it life and its LIMITED powers! We control it! It does not control US!!

You got that right. I remember the day and remember it well when we fought the dirty bastard communists with fire and lead, powder and explosive rounds. I was there. On one multi-week run down to the firing line in ‘68, our gunners on the USS Hull fired over 30,000 5” rounds in support of you guys ashore fighting the commies. Melted our barrels down and had to put in to Subic Bay for new barrels before fighting another round. And I remember what happened after our cowardly politicians snatched defeat from the jaws of victory by fleeing the field. And we’re still paying the price for their treachery and treason today!!
We now have commies infiltrating into the congress and one even occupying the W/H!!
They’re in the wire!! And the weak-assed RINOS don’t lift a finger to fight it and worse are fielding one of their own cowardly bastards!!

You can’t be for Romney and support all of the above. So - this is becoming confusing to many people. Romney is basically Obama with perhaps one coat different. Freepers were kicked off early on for supporting Romney - now we are supposed to welcome Romney.

But each voter must vote his/her own conscience. Mine says no to abortionist/homosexualist/statists. Period. And that rules out Obama or Romney.
No matter who you do or don’t vote for at the top of the ticket, we must turn out like never before to vote straight conservative down ticket!!
