War on Women Backfiring on Obama

Only a month ago, Obama had a 49-43 percent edge among women.

We all knew that was fake. It came out just after Sandra Fluke had been unmasked and discredited and her tearful plight had fallen flat with real Americans; that obviously pre-packaged (push-?) "poll" result assumed that the "controversy" had gone Obama's way.

I don't know where it comes from but I've seen the spelling "lede" before.

On "The Factor" last night Ted Baxter had two black clergymen on, one supportive of Obama's decision, one opposed, but even the one who supported the Biblical view of marriage said he would vote for Obama (and apologized for earlier comments that implied that he wouldn't).

On "Fox & Friends" this morning Larry Sabato was discussing the latest poll numbers with Steve Doocy. Supposedly only 4% of voters have not made up their minds--Sabato thought that was not unusual at this stage in a Presidential campaign season.

What can account for this declining gender gap after a period when the president and his campaign have sought to emphasize the difference between the two parties on what they think are women’s issues?

Obama is the boyfriend that is popular, good looking(not) and cool. But women want to marry the square, lots of money, stable, and no chance he will cheat.
