Evening Connie, Hugs.

I worked out in the garden until the light was gone.

Something clean and wholesome about dirty hands.

Garden is coming into shape.

I put in 2 more raised beds at Runamuck..Planted strawberries.

In town today, I planted tomato’s, a boat load of herbs, chard, siberian kale, fennel, repotted other tomatoes to take to the farm.

Insurance adjuster comes to check out the roof next week.

Oh my goodness, Hawaii....he will love the patch. Thank you. The last reunion (pre-planned to be the last years earlier) of the CBI group was a few years ago, and it turned out to be the year they dedicated the WWII Memorial.

I forget where he was visiting when a military officer came up to him and asked if he would like to go to the dedication....he did. They had a bus, picking up WWII vets all over DC, officers waiting on the vets, bringing water, making sure each was ok, escorting them to seats at the dedication. He said it was really nice, then the bus and officers took all the vets back to their various hotels.

The most exciting thing to me was as I watched a program on The Pentagon Channel about the dedication, there was MY Dad in the audience.

Thank you again. I will help him with the thread tomorrow after work.
