Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said late Friday that President Obama will remain on Arizona’s ballot despite conspiracy theory-fueled threats from the state’s top election official.
“The president of the United States is not going to be taken off the ballot,” McCain told Phoenix television station KPNX.

Mike Zullo, the head of Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse team investigating Obama’s eligibility, told WND that Hawaii’s refusal to comply “is just another outright, glaring display of stonewalling that the Sheriff’s Office has encountered since Day One conducting this investigation.”
Zullo said “common sense at this point should be everyone’s guide.”
“If this was a non-issue, it wouldn’t be going on eight weeks waiting for the state of Hawaii to verify anything,” he said.
Zullo told WND that Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office investigators have spoken at length with Bennett regarding the president’s birth record. Arpaio’s team announced March 1 that it found probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.
Zullo said his team spoke with Bennett as recently as last week.
“We are in the beginning stages of enlightening him to critical information that the sheriff has acquired during this investigation,” Zullo said.
‘It looks like they’re hiding something’
Arpaio confirmed he’s still investigating Obama’s birth certificate and also the president’s Selective Service registration form, which his team also found probable cause to be a forgery.
In spite of the total media blackout and outward non-nonchalance on this stuff, the insiders are noticing.
McCain has zero say in the matter, thank God.

It’s really easy McCain, just produce the necessary documentation for him to stay on the ballot, then he will be there...but I guess you don’t want to look stupid for not properly investigating this during your weak presidential campaign.

Bennett is the Secretary of State.
He and every other Sec State of each state have the complete right and the RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that any candidate on their ballot is eligible to be there.

When McCain was running for President my best friend who lives down the street called me. She was going to pick up McCain for President signs for her yard and wanted to know if I wanted one.

I haven’t seen any signs that McCain in NOT the dictator of Arizona.
Every conservative office holder in Arizona either gives in to the RINOs or has legal charges filed against him.
I think the AZ Secretary of State is trying to wangle the DNC to sue Arizona to demand that Obama be put on the ballot. This could turn into a catch-22 if the hearing was held *after* the election.
Importantly, no one has the “right” to have their name put on the ballot, unless they fulfill the requirements to do so. And this gets extra interesting in presidential ballots because the people are *not* voting for a presidential candidate, but for representatives in the Electoral College.
So the AZ Secretary of State might be on to something here. If the State of Hawaii refuses to provide that information to Arizona’s satisfaction, then Arizona can block Obama’s name from the ballot.
