I can’t recall evidence being released in other cases prior to a trial.Well... it used to be that you were legally 'not guilty' until proven 'guilty'. Seems the 'practice' of our Justice System is now based on 'selective' rather than 'equal' rights.

The jury was never intended to be ignorant. It was merely supposed to be unbiased. If you can leave any biases you have at the door, and make a judgement based on the facts and the law, you should be able to serve.

I just wish a Florida judge would do the right thing and toss the case because it lacks merit. I doubt any judge has that much courage.
