SEIU Member Noujaim wins writ of mandate allowing her to get access to SEIU financial records.Judge Lloyd Connelly stated that Ms. Noujaim will get access to the SEIU records allowing her to write down all information for publishing. Although she is excluded from copying the documents, she may write the information dowm. What is excluded are the following:
Employee confidential information such as: -addresses -phone numbers -social security number's
In what would be defined as courtroom bombshells, the courtroom audience were high fiving outside in favor of Ms. Noujaim. While SEIU attorneys looked as if they were in shock,SEIU rank and file members were protesting the leadership in SEIU. Ms. Noujaim states she has worked hard to fight for the documents against SEIU.
SEIU is an organization that has some members have defined as corrupt and allegedly fraudelent. Mary Kay Henry is the SEIU President and many are calling for her to step down as SEIU International President. Her term will expire this year.

Dr. Bill Wattenburg who used to be on KGO in SFO was like that. Especially if it was in some science journal. He could quote and remember the page numbers!!!
Hay! By the way, it’s good to see you pingeroonying on here. I’ve missed you!!!
At 79 I don’t have time to wait for connections to link...
