I’m sure all of these HDOH people have been told not to cooperate at the risk of their jobs (or a more sinister fate). Lying to local LEO’s would carry some penalty, but lying to visitors from AZ who have no legal authority carries no penalty. I don’t hold out much hope for this expedition.
Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence I supose, but in our civilised world there are records kept of all births, so no birth sertificate here, probably means he was not born here in our civilised part of the world, anyway, his Kenyan grandmother claimed he was born there, and I believe her, and beside, there is/was a marker in Kenya claiming he was born there, and I take that as corroberation
He was not adopted out of his original family
he lived with mother and his maternal grandparents after she died...
the “He was adopted” argument dfoes not apply here
he was not adopted out of an orphanage into t anew family, he stayed with his maternal family- there would be no reason to ‘seal’ his records-
I know about this- I adopted my wife’s sons when we got married- we still have their original BC’s

So it is with BO: He only knows what he's been told. We cannot legally witness our own birth.
EX: Friend in high school. She had always gone by Lori X. School records were in that name. She had siblings who went by the same X last name. Her parents loved her and doted on her as they did all their children. She even resembled one of the siblings having same hair color etc.
We grew up went to separate colleges. She comes back in life as an adult. Needed her BC and low and behold she was NOT her parents child. They hadn't even adopted her. Seems an unwed “cousin” had died in child birth and the newly weds took the baby home from the hospital with family blessing. No questions asked by anyone, since they graduated from university, married and moved to new town in same week. Families kept secrets back then, for whatever reasons. They just never got around to making it legal and so she had a name change and then togs years to sort out the legal paper work. She had done nothing wrong, others were complacent in the “cover up” protecting her from the “truth”.
