The Obama Record: The discovery of the president's false book bio claiming Kenyan birth fits an increasingly disturbing pattern. We've long described Obama as radical, but he's also deceitful.
The mix of these two traits in the Oval Office is toxic. But the Washington media are anything but alarmed, still believing as they do the mythical savior figure they created in 2008.
The other night, MSNBC's Chris Matthews argued on his "Hardball" show that Americans would be wise to re-elect Obama because he's "the candidate we know." He claimed he's a trusted brand who "is who he seems to be."
He went on to describe the president as "a fairly pragmatic progressive" and "tough defender of the country." Therefore, he argued, he's the safer choice vs. GOP foe Mitt Romney, whom Matthews warns is an unknown commodity — "Brand X" — who could turn out to be a nutty puppet of the "radical right."
Of course, Obama isn't at all who he seems to be. And judging from Obama's sinking poll numbers, this is becoming more apparent to the electorate — thanks in part to the new media's revetting of Obama after the old media's half-hearted attempt in 2008.
Voters who don't watch MSNBC are starting to see that the president's public persona is merely a hologram created by media shills like Matthews, who define his identity and ideology and redefine it when facts disrupt the carefully constructed narrative.
The latest fly in the ointment for Team Obama is a promotional bio Obama's book agent put out in 1991. The old copy, dug up last week by Breitbart.com, says he was "born in Kenya." Asked about the mistaken birthplace, the agent claimed it "was nothing more than a fact-checking error."
But that's not just any error....

Obama has been playing shell games with this thing for a long time.

This is the "reasonable man" argument. We are right to demand proof of identity because the man has proven deceitful in the past.
E.G. Mr. and Mrs. Obama both claim that they turned to "service to their fellow man" and "left the lucrative practice of the law" out of some eelymosynary instinct. The simple truth of the matter is that both were asked to surrender their law licenses or face bar discipline. In point of fact, one complaint against Mr. Obama was that he had neglected to mention on his bar app that he had been known by other names.
So, who is he?
BTW, If SoS Bennett out there in AZ does not follow through with his grandstanding and remove the man from the AZ ballot, he ought to be horsewhipped on the capitol steps. The guy wants to be governor and he's too stupid to figure out that just doing his job will make him the most famous man in America and Governor of AZ for life?
I don't know about the specifics of the IL bar, but the very fact that he'd lied about previous names would be enough for them to demand that he surrender his license permanently (question about character/ethics) -- not just slap-on-the-wrist-and-pay-the-fee discipline.
Yeah, BO's story is like one of those trompe l'oeil or perspective paintings that looks real as long as you squint and view it from a certain perspective. When you step out of line and see it from another vantage point, you can see the picture makes no sense at all.
How King BOZerO gets away with so much bamboozlements because he had emerged as a darling star of the adoring left is beyond troubling. As for the likes of Chris Matthews amazing that he drinks up Obama’s kool aid as if he’s an obedient cult member.

Given what we learned from other sources, here are the potential problem areas:
(1)Did not admit to drug use, as in his "auto" biography.
(2)Denied use of any (!) alias
(3)Neglected to mention traffic violations, specifically failure to pay parking fines.
As you know, within the legal community, this is serious stuff indeed. He was not offered any "slap-on-the-wrist" or "pay-the-fine" type of remedy. He was asked to surrender his license and did so. What was unavailable is the identity of the individual or individuals who brought the false app statements to the attention of the bar.
I actually believe that Michelle might possibly have some chance at reinstatement. After all, apparently all she did to earn her court-ordered suspension and surrender was to believe a client ... ... who committed an insurance fraud... which she claimed was unbeknownst to her. If the harsh truth be told, both Obamas had extremely limited legal experience (She more than he, as Barry apparently handled the sum total of 1 case!) Certainly neither was ever entrusted with any major cases by their firm. Neither was, shall we say, known for their skills?

I'm wondering if the rookie Hussein falsified his college admittance forms to show he was a Kenyan just for the financial goodies. That would be fraud.
When the dims really start delving into Mitt’s past this kind of stuff, vetting Zer0’s work record should be brought up.
Appears to me that about every dim attack on Mitt has backfired, so far.

I wish a reporter or talk show host would interview this professor McKnight to find out if the statement above is true.
If McKnight says that the story is true, then it raises questions about how Obama was admitted to Harvard Law if his college grades were just average at Columbia.
That is, did Obama tell Harvard that he was born in Kenya in order to give himself a better chance of being accepted at Harvard Law?

This seems to be the latest narrative. That Mr. Obama wasn't actually born in Kenya but that he simply lied about it. Why should we believe this any more than the rest of the Obama story?

This has to be an act on Matthews part. No one can be this stupid. It is almost as if this whole pundit thing is a theatre production where the director says, “do you want to be on the liberal side of the argument or the conservative side of the argument?”

All the articles on the Obama 16 year bio seem to start with a disclaimer like this that presumes a Hawaiian birth for Obama. Even Breitbart does it and it is getting a little tiring. Try as he might, Obama has not established his birth in Hawaii while he spends millions preventing others from getting access to the records that would prove his case - if he actually had one.
Maybe he let Bill Ayers handle the bio as well.
You give more details of the circumstances surrounding the Illegal and Moochelle surrendering their law licenses than I have read at any other place, and I’ve done a lot of Googling to try to learn the details. Do you have any sources and links? If so, please post them. Thanks.
We are rehashing old stuff here. I fear we are falling into a vast Team Obama distraction. Any reporter worth his salt could have written this story from 2006 forward.
Any reporter worth his salt could have covered the disgraceful (and completely illegal) Obama effort to bankroll Odinga and campaign for him in Kenya. 2,000+ dead Christians who were the direct result of this campaign are apparently not worthy of mention.

In the case of BHO, Jr. or (II) {an alias} one could easily see on the original bar app, based on subsequent revelations, was that he was clearly deficient in the three areas I mentioned. There may well be others. What is not known and should never be, is the name of the other attorney (s) who issued the original complaint that caused the bar to take any action.

I think we must keep in mind that any higher learning institution MUST look at all the records from the prior schools, except for elementary school into high school, both being free public schools.
IOW= Obama went to an expensive prep school in Hawaii. Those records would have been part of the forward information which would have gone to Occidental College in California. There is high speculation that Obama got into Occidental College as a FOREIGN AID STUDENT, which would have made his tuition about 10% of the normal tuition for others. Speculation is that Obama claimed to be an Indonesian citizen for such discount in tuition.
Therefore, such information would have been part of his Occidental College record, along with his classes,. GRADES, and his extra-curriular activities. All of these events are part of what any college of university looks at.
Whatever his record at Occidental College, such data would have been mandatorily passed on to Columbia for his attempt at getting a degree in Law. Therefore, the records at Columbia would show that Obama was a FOREIGN AID student prior to his application at Columbia. IF he was as poor as he tries to make us believe, then CONTINUING to be a FOREIGN AID student would be financially beneficial to Obama and his mother, who he claims was too poor to get medical attention for her cancer. (Barf) Then whatever his classes, grades, & other activities at Columbia would also subsequently be passed on to Harvard.
Therefore, I believe the reason that Obama froze all access to his schooling records in the USA is because it clearly shows he was a FOREIGN AID student, claiming to be a citizen of INDONESIA, getting a massive discount in tuition. Another reason for Michelle Obama to ‘not be proud of her country’-—the country that virtually gave Barry a very cheap tuition.
There have been numerous interviews of students that truly did attend Harvard during the period of time Obama claims to have been there.
I have yet to see any reports of which student of that era remembers Obama. Many have claimed that they were in classes that would have been mandatory for Obama to attend & they cannot recall him at all.
How about the professors?? Were not attendance records kept? Who called out student names & checked off the names????
Obama is a total fictional person to me unless someone can show me very clearly that he actually is a USA natural born person who actually did attend all these schools and got passing grades.
While McCain was 894th out of 899 plebes graduating from the US Naval Academy, at least we actually have THOSE records!!!

I think that's exactly what this is all about.
It is time to oppose the same sorry mistakes that McCain and the RINO Party made in 2008.
It is also time for us as Conservatives to recognize and avoid making the same sorry mistakes that WE made in 2008.
One mistake that we made in 2008 was to revert back to the old days when we were known as “The Silent Majority.” We grumbled, held our noses, and Caved-In as all good RINO sheep are expected to do.
Our Silent Caving-In in 2008 created the problem that MANY Conservatives refused to vote for McCain.
IF we behave in 2012 as RINO Sheep and Cave-In to whoever the RINOs endorse, nominate and support, then we Conservatives are no better than our RINO U.S. Representatives and Senators who always Cave-In.
This election is for ALL of the marbles! We cannot afford to play the old RINO game that caused the defeat of McCain to Marxist Obama in 2008.
Obama is much stronger politically now than he was against McCain in 2008, but the RINO Party refuses to consider that reality.
It is time to DUMP ROMNEY who is obviously to weak of a candidate to beat Obama.
